First of all I call to get transportation from airport to the hotel and there wasn’t any transportation on that time the receptionist told me that I have to wait an hour or more if I want to get transportation, I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel. After that I did the check in and when they gave us the room there was like 3 spiders on the wall and bad. I have 3 kids and they were scare to sleep on this room. I won’t recommend to any people to stay at ANB hotel.

The street is under construction generatin excesive dust, the hotel fails as there is no cleaning or maintenance personnel. The lobby was dusty. There is what is supposed to be a pond with fish in it, it is poorly done and it seems they do not clean it... looks ugly. The YV in our room did not work, I reported it three times to the reception area employees and they promissed to take action, after two hours of insisting, I just gave up. I will never use this hotel again. Bad customer service and very limited number of employees. The receptionist is the maintenance guy and the shuttle driver as well... I do not know how this place is open exploiting the employees, forcing them to multi tasking and at the same time generating poor customer service

The place was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Ac in the room wasn’t keeping the room cold, you could hear trough the walls and there was a lot of noise. And the AC had a blue light that would keep the room brighten all night. We wanted to stay closer to the airport for our flight to rest, we couldn’t sleep and ended up more tired.

Very accommodating as we arrived way too early, extremely easy to get to since there’s a shuttle but also since the roads are being torn up right now. We needed a chauffeur and they sent someone right away. 10/10 would stay again just for the service.
