Fue horrible, escogí pagar en el hotel, me enviaron un email pidiendo que confirmara mi estancia llamando a un teléfono, lo cual seguí paso a paso, me contestaron y confirmaron la reserva, al llegar allá , no había habitaciones disponibles y que se había cancelado mi reserva, falta de seriedad, servicio, irresponsables, no se vale que hagan esto, ojalá y que Hoteles.com saque a este hotel de su aplicación, en todos los años que tengo usando la app nunca me había pasado un servicio tan desagradable

Great customer service from the front desk personnel. The breakfast was superb, attendees were always very attentive to our needs. The cooks prepared delicious dishes. Then we had our housekeeper Raquel, always happy to assist us with our needs. It was great to always see her big smile. We are very happy with our stay at the Encore and are already planning to return but this time with family and friends.
