Older property with a lot of charm that could use some TLC. Room service options on Sunday night were nonexistent. Pool was definitely not heated. The room was excellent.
Very very good place to stay beautiful views to the city of Guadalajara.. We enjoyed everything great food at the Hotel restaurant specially the buffet in the mornings. good service at the restaurant. We sure going to stay here in our next visit to Guadalajara
I liked the view and I cleaned it around the place but what I didn't like was that the room was humid and there were cockroachea
This property should NOT be offered on your site its old it smells & its full of bugs I took video I only stayed one night and was paid for FRI, SAT, SUN & MON they refused to refund me I will tell everyone . Orbitz should refund me !!!
Property in fair condition. Had issues with clogged toilet and sink. It is run as a mom and pap motel, to bad the general manager should take some training in how to treat and deal with international customers. A couple of examples, they have a breakfast buffet not the cheapest in town, I was not able to take a piece of sweet bread to my wife. Even when I offered to pay. I requested dry cleaning services, my clothes were not delivered to my room becase I had not paid for the service, the attendant in shift did feel like coming to my room to get paid. I was forced to go to the receotion to pay and get my stuff at 3:00 AM few minutes before my departure. Terrible attitude of the staff they treated us as if they were doing us a favor. We traveled from the UK to vist and it was a great disappointment for us.

This is a grand old hotel property with beautiful architecture and well maintained grounds. The rooms are apartment-sized and clean, but are definitely showing their age. Oxidized shower fixtures, cracked tiles, chipped ceiling paint, and very clean bed linens that look like they have been washed one too many times. Beautiful but tired hotel. They should refresh the rooms and charge a little more for a stay.

The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Excellent place, staff and food. Has a chofer for airport pickup and drop off. Health and safety measures taken by all the staff.
