Complete one-bedroom apartment, pool, bar, restaurant and outstanding customer service. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and transportation. Decor reflects local artisans and atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

We have been coming to this hotel for at least 10 years and we are always received with open arms. The service we receive is unlike any other hotel we have stayed at, they make you feel like you are home. The rooms are great. We stayed in room 14 and it was excellent. Awesome shower and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Thank you QDJ for always treating us like family!

I can honestly say that our stay at QDJ will be a memorable one that we will always remember! We've stayed at many large chain and local owned hotels but non compare to QDJ. The staff was friendly, courteous and went beyond to make sure our stay at Tlaquepaque was memorable. The continental breakfast is definetely not your ordinary continental breakfast...we were served a full plate of fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins and fresh squeezed orange juice on top of their cafe de olla, traditional Mexican coffee! Love the decor, the cleaniness, the staff, location, location, location. Not one single item of improvement. Definetely going back!!

I recently stayed at QDJ for only two nights. This boutique hotel is very charming. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was very confortable. The courtyard is so nicely kept and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I will definitely come back.

We spent a week with QDJ as our home base. It was perfect for kids and grownups. It feel like an oasis in the middle of an urban environment--to relax, eat, swim. The kids loved having pool time every day, breakfasts were delicious, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. We will return for sure. Thanks QDJ for a terrific stay!

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of celebrating the wedding of our daughter and son-in-law at the QDJ. I can't imagine a better location than this. The entire staff was exceptional from start to finish. The planning for this event started earlier in the year with Estela who catered to every request we made. Our party of 10 were all very satisfied with their accommodations and the cleaning staff made sure that each and every day our rooms were attended to. The wedding ceremony was held in the courtyard and the grounds were a perfect backdrop for the gathering of about 25 people. We continued our celebration in the TlaquePasta restaurant where everyone enjoyed their choice of items from the delicious menu. Our party thoroughly enjoyed the guitarist who serenaded us with many popular songs. The wait staff was outstanding. Rafael was especially attentive to the needs of everyone and Charlie, the bartender, made sure everyone was happy with their drinks. Angie also ordered a special cake for the event and arranged to have it for dessert that evening. Needless to say, the evening was perfect. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts served by very friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool several times over our 4 day stay. The proximity of the hotel to El Parian and all the shops, restaurants and artisans made it a perfect choice for our wedding vacation.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. My favorite spot was the immaculately cared for garden courtyard and pool area. Daily breakfast is served in this area and was a wonderful start to the day. It is a tranquil oasis in a bustling little town. We stayed in the small apartment at 139 Reforma. The accommodation was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen/living area was perfect for our group of 3 friends traveling together. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast and reliable. Only improvement would be the addition of an English movie channel such as HBO or Showtime.

Love this centrally located boutique hotel, two blocks from the main walk, easily accessible. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions, doubts and even booked tours for me when i needed help. Rooms in the back are more quiet, towards the front of the hotel there is more sounds coming from the street but all in all its quiet away from the main strip, the restaurant within the hotel also serves great food.

Room #9 is a standard room and was just one of two rooms available when I booked. My teacher stayed in Villa 2 with kitchen, separate sitting room but is a brief block down the street from QDJ. I knew this when I booked but this was the second of 2 rooms available. For my next stay in January 2018 to attend the Culturlingua school just 1-1/2 blocks down the street, I booked Room 12 Poolside Loft. Fabiana, Angela and Carolina at the front desk - always patient with my attempts at Spanish. Juan Jose, the driver from and to the airport, very conscientious. Carlos aka Charlie at the bar, wonderful to chat with. Altagracias at morning buffet, a sweetheart. Fernanda at morning buffet, gentle personality. Rafael in TlaquePasta Restaurant, a joy to be around.

I had a super early morning flight so I chose to stay at this hotel in Guadalajara with my two kids. Wished we would have been able to stay a couple more days. It is small but quaint and full of Mexican charm and hospitality. Only two blocks to center of Tlaquepaque and there is a churro cart at the end of the corner in front of the ice cream shop. Everyone from the front desk to Charlie the bartender made us feel like we were a part of their family. I can't wait to go back in October with 8 of my girlfriends. Stayed in #6 which has a king size bed.
