Thankful for the helpful 1st class passenger that stored my wheeled carry on so I wouldn't have to check it.

The first plane from spokane to Salt lake City was new, the one from Salt lake to Baltimore was old and not very good at all

The tv screen didn’t work to play anything I selected.

We arrived alive and that is always a good thing!

Only comments are : 1) managing the lines at the gate for boarding so people don’t congratulate the general population aisles. 2) better ways to advise parents in advance on how to beat travel with children so it’s not stressful to them or others 3) the airline should have things on board to help parents with young children so the flight is better enjoyed by the kids, parents and fellow travelers.

I wasn’t happy with the entertainment, I want to watch a movie but there’s no where I can connect my earphones.

Dec 30, 2018

The seat-back technology was not good; touchscreen was not at all sensitive; volume was either too loud or too soft; sound was muddy and couldn't understand what was being said (Mrs. Maisel & Mama Mia). Seat back pockets were so tight could hardly put anything in them. Push button to recline chair had to be *mashed* to work.

Great flight I made it.
