We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The walls are thin, we heard noise from upstairs, outside, and next door. The noise wasn't disruptive, just more than we are use to when at a hotel.

I like the area it’s in but I didn’t like the fact that someone was playing music over my head all night Friday and Saturday and running around we didn’t have bath towels until after 8pm Saturday night I never been through this before

Horrible. The shower handle was broken. Taken maintenance to repair the handle 6 hours. Handle broke again. Have to carry used towels to the front desk in order to receive fresh ones. Floor in kitchen and bathroom were sticky when you walk on them. The carpet was full of dog hair. Asked to have the areas serviced, this did not happen. Will Joy stay here again not with Sonestra.

I paid for a 3 night stay at Sonesta which I paid for through Expedia, due to life happening I had a family emergency and had to cut the stay a day short. I asked how I could I be compensated for my last night because I’m not staying, they (Sonesta) told me to contact Expedia and they have to contact them. When they tried to contact them Sonesta denied Expedia the refund stating that they would be penalized by corporate. Individuals who I spoke with were Dilan and Barbra which is the property manager.

I can’t lie I was concerned about staying at this location. But I have travel the world and I know good from a dump. This is not a dump this was really nice to be honest. Location was good 30 mins from airport. I didn’t care for the late check in 4pm. Also it’s does appear that this hotel also serve has a residence for family. No elevators make sure I request access too if you can’t do steps. I will be making this my new hotel stay. Water pressure was low and the top of the refrigerator needed to be wipe down.

It is not up to the standard that other properties are. Stains on the linens. There were holes in the floor under the carpet and outside trash on the walkways and on the stairs. Cracked walls in the bathroom. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.
