Family vacation first time in Atlanta. Beautiful spacious rooms. 2 bedrooms plenty of room for the family. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great amenities. Great neighborhood

the hotel is close to EVERYTHING and you can easily avoid atlanta traffic while staying here. The hotel manager Clinique is a pure gem and I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Atlanta. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well!

It's OK, I guess... The overall facility seems aged but well maintained, the room unfortunately still smelled like the previous guest's cuisine, but other than that it was roomy, nice and no issues... Was comfortable and got a good rest. Staff overall is kind and helpful, morning staff is amazing & great, they care... Evening staff and drivers, well, I think they don't really care how the hotel goes...

The hotel had bugs! The look of the hotel will capture your eye but there were bugs! Wouldn't stay here again!

I've stayed at this property a few times & its consistently been a nice & comfortable stay.

The suites are quite spacious and pretty comfortable, although decorated in a way that is presumably meant to be contemporary but ends up looking 1960s ugly. In our 1BR suite there were 2 42" TVs and a full-sized refrigerator, so it's quite convenient if you like more space. The complex is pretty sprawling, and some of the rooms are quite a long distance from the nearest parking. We encountered some logistical problems; a fill-in front desk staff had not been adequately trained and took over 30 minutes to check us in (although she could not possibly have been nicer) and our key cards wouldn't work for the first day we were there because of engineering problems. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am but is pretty good, including breakfast meats and eggs as well as standard packaged continental breakfast stuff.

All staff responded right away. The lady who handled breakfast appeared irritated every morning, but always responded. The two bedroom condo was clean, not perfection. The bed was comfortable. The worse thing was parking. Had to make a space one night and one night I had to park around the corner near the front of complex.

The stay was really outstanding. Didn't know what I was going to get by booking this type of room. The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem i had was the parking. Had to park a long way from our room. Coming back in July and definitely will be staying there again.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and roomy. Breakfast was adequate but not spectacular. Our only real problem was with trying to get housekeeping to refill the shower gel.

Overall this is a 3 star hotel with nothing special about it. It is slightly north of the city, but with a car, quite easy to access. Breakfast is quite good indeed. What was a surprise for me was that the hotel is advertised as 4-star, which is clearly not at all.

It was a really good experience to have stayed at Sonesta ES, I had never heard of the hotel before now but after my stay it definitely wont be my last stay over there

We had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and updated, the hot breakfast was great. It looked like a very safe area. Close to restaurants and shopping and the Marta which takes you to downtown. If we ever go back to Atlanta this will be our go to hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would definitely come back. Everyone on staff were friendly to us. We didn't even mind the 3 story treck to our room since there aren't any elevators. We got used to it and didn't mind the exercise. Many rooms to choose from if you don't want the climd though. Very spacious and kids had their own room:)

There was a bit of a problem checking in but it was resolved with no problems. The lobby is light and airy so it was a pleasant wait. My room was very light, spa like in feel pastel colors, open. It had a kitchen with a couple of pots, silverware and plates. The room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at Sonesta Suites.

This was a wonderful hotel for a large family (2 adults and 3 children). Good location, plenty of space, nice pool, good breakfast, all at a good value.

very nice staff and rooms very clean. asked for a late check out and was granted one at no extra charge

Room was FANTASTIC!!!!! The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. Each room had a flat screen TV. It definitely satisfied me and the both of my friends.

Great stay. Doing some remodeling outside but it didn't really bother us too much. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great price for the stay. It was a very comfortable experience.

Great room, more like a small apartment than a hotel. Staff was friendly. Overall I had a great stay, just wish I could've stayed longer.

My son and I spent a few days in Atlanta and our stay at Sonesta couldn't have been better. Great pricing, trendy decor, quiet, clean and the stay was nice. I have no complaints, staying there again in the very near future.
