Remote seemed to be low on batteries, door didn't didn't close easily, and parking up hill was a killer. However, nice staff and good stay close to a lot of things the city had to offer.

Hotel great! Fronts desk people very nice. Bar service poor. Food mediocre at best. Salmon dinner blan and boring. Never offered salt n pepper. Had to ask for second glass of wine. Not offered water or dessert or anything really.

Major kudos to the staff. Especially the desk clerk (male) who was on duty until 11p on Thurs, Jan. 26th. He was incredibly helpful!!

During our stay 28th -31st dec 2016, they were busy with the renovation.one of the elevator didn't worked. We smell the wall paint. But its not the big problem. The hotel were always OK. We came every year in the Garden Inn Perimeter.

This is a convenient location, and was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great indoor pool, hotel chef available until 11pm, nice bar with a great wine list.Friendly staff engaging in constant interactions with each guest upon arrival & departure. Welcoming environment.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was a pretty good size for the location in Atlanta. But we didn't have high marks on housekeeping. Our bedroom on second day: Trash bin was left full, coffee supply not replenished, towels were not neatly placed, bathroom floor and shower wall unclean. The conference room's restroom: no tissue, no paper towel, no Kleenex, clogged toilet at around 10 am on Day 2. All these issues have to brought to front desk attention. One front desk lady even said, I don't think they're supposed to provide you with coffee(Keurig) in your room. This was corrected by another front desk staff. Dining area staff were not very organized either.

I felt I received great customer service and prompt response when I called the front desk. My room was very bed and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was nice, it is in a very strange location. Our GPS took us to the address indicated on their website and it was an empty parking lot. I had to call the hotel and sit on hold for over 5 minutes to ask how to get to the hotel. The staff informed me, Don't go by the GPS directions. That was a little strange. The beds werent as comfy as most Hilton Garden hotels I stay in. Not a bad stay, but probably wont stay at this particular location again.

Needed a quick stop just off the freeway. Slept well on the comfortable beds.

Short stay but the hotel did a good job... clean, neat quiet and the staff was very personable... close to everything (still need a car) would use again

I very much enjoyed my hotel stay, the hotel was located near great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

An exceptionally nice room for the money, strong wifi, very nice bar and restaurant amenities. First night, a family next door was frolicking until well after midnight and I had to call the desk, which took care of it. Next night after midnight, desk called to ask, was I playing music too loud? That was weird, as I was already asleep. Hotel is also a bit difficult to locate off the perimeter. Over all, however, it was one of the best values I've found.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. A little far from downtown, especially if you are doing any night activities in the city, but for the price, you can't beat this deal.

Hotel did not meet my expectations as far as customer service. It could have been better and a little more understanding of customers situations. They were a little rude to myself and other people at the front desk. The room service attendants were very nice and professional. Front desk attendants were just there for a paycheck.

It was ok, the bed was very uncomfortable, one side sunk in. They also charged me $50 which I assume is for the deposit and did not advise me.

Location was perfect for my business meeting and the room was clean, quite and comfortable with a comfortable bed.

Very good location! Place was quiet and in very good spot, will be bAck for sure
