The customer service was excellent. Staff are very accommodating to the guest and go above and beyond for the guest. I need an infant bed, but the housekeepers left for the night and the crib was locked in the housekeeper area which the front desk staff didn't have access to. The front desk staff searched every unoccupied room until he was able to locate a crib for my baby.  After checking out of my room I notice I left my baby blanket in the room. The room was already cleaned and the staff believed the blanket was mixed into the sheets and might be in the wash with the sheets (the blanket is white so the housekeeper might have not noticed the blanket when they changed the sheet in the room.)  The staff worked diligently to locate the missing blanket, which they were able to locate in the washer.  Before locating the blanket, the staff was willing to mail me the blanket so I wouldn't miss my flight back home if they weren't able to locate the blanket in time. Glad they were able to find the blanket because the blanket was a very sentiment in my family.

Didn’t like the smell of the room..It had a horrible odor like the carpet needs to be changed.. Maybe like it’s been wet before.

Very friendly staff. Poor lighting choices in spots. TV operation and size subpar. Nice beds and free parking.

The price and overall quality was great despite the construction

The rooms are always clean. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Booked this property as I growing up my parents believed Hilton having a good name etc. However, our room had stain on the comforter, the shower drain was very slow, other room's shower temperature dial very loose and slow drain) VERY noisy kids running and yelling down the halls during our entire stay (which not the hotel's fault), but wish there was another room we could have been moved to. I had called downstairs to see what could be done, but no options/suggestions on what to do. Parents and I had almost left the hotel to book another one else where just to rest and sleep, but didn't want to lose money on this reservation so stuck it out. Traveled with parents in upper 70s and had a fire alarm at 1am which was very difficult to get them down 7 flights of stairs; didn't see staff around to help/assist. If you were a Hilton member you received extra points, but we are not so therefore that was not helpful. Lastly, parking was free-which again I realize in big city is helpful. However, again with older families they would not be able to walk up steep hills to the parking lot. It was very tight unloading/loading area in which many of times I would drop them off and have to unload/carry everything in-which is fine, just found very inconvenient especially for families worse off than mine. Overall, our family was very disappointed in our stay as we would go to Hiltons quite often. However, I do not think we will be going to another for a long time unfortunately.

The hotel was really clean. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.

The meal portions were small. I liked my room it was very clean.

Nice hotel with pleasant courteous staff. They were responsive to inquiries about nearby food places and getting hotel van to take us nearby.

The cheif can really make a great omelette. Customer service is nice. Nice place to stay

It was a good place to stay not top notch nor bottom just right

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. The room that stayed in has 2 queen beds and it is a little small. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Arrived Friday 4/13/2018 and parking was disappointing. Yes the hotel offer free parking but you has to walk up and down a flight of stairs. Secondly, the hotel offers complimentary valet parking. Beware a valet staff may state you will need to pay which one told me and come to find out it wasn’t true. I was very disappointed in the behavior of the valet parking personnel in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel is decent and when we left on Sunday the valet personnel on third shift was excellent. She was professional, polite, and helpful. Tip well deserved

The parking area is very confusing and the indoor pool/ spa area had too much chlorine. As soon as I walked In, the fumes were killing my eyes and nose. Other than that, I had a pretty decent stay. The hotel staff let me check into my room early. Very courteous and friendly.

I liked staying Clean, comfortable Hotel staff great
