They have the most accommodating and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel well. We were celebrating birthdays and they had our room decorated and left a nice treat!

Check in was poor. The room I was given was already occupied, and I barged in on people sleeping. The staff never apologized for the error, and spent significant time triple checking my ID. Check out staff was cool and unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel itself was quite good.
