Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center

Lots of amenities. Really nice and friendly staff and very helpful. My granddaughter left her watch at the pool. We checked with the front desk after not finding it at the pool. The young man there ,a new trainee, spent extra time and trouble calling several places and after several minutes reported to us he found her watch. I was so impressed that he cared and took the time to help us. Most would have just dismissed it and said it’s not there. We were grateful for his help. The waitress at breakfast was especially attentive and helpful to us. Just an amazing staff. Thank you

Staff was very nice hotel was clean and neat ... Will visit again in the future !!

This place has been my favorite hotel in Atlanta for years. This visit was MOSTLY no exception. But the new in/out system for parking in garage is ridiculous - certainly beneath the capability of my Alma Mater. 😕

I only stayed for one night. It was the night before graduation day - or the night before that, I am not sure (I myself was not there for graduation). But it was winter graduation, not spring (which would be much larger). It was not at all crowded. I checked in late evening, about 8 PM, and checked out next morning, about 8 AM or so (but stayed for breakfast in restaurant with two guests - finally drove out at 9 AM). Liked the facilities - definitely more like a Westin than a motel - but service seemed less polished in comparison. At the restaurant, it was a little thin (though restaurant was almost empty); and a little grudging - almost sullen. This was across the board - greeter, waiter, omelette station. Underpaid? Unless they are adopting the French philosophy that taking a superior attitude toward customer is going to make you points :D but I would say that does not work in the US. Front desk charged me for usual daily parking rate for adjoining parking, but I later found out that for those few days parking was free. Not sure if that is incompetence or snafu (or conscious exploitation - unlikely, did not get that vibe).

Stay for meeting, check in/out wonderful! Cleaning staff in hallways, very friendly! Only complaint would be poor lighting in bathroom.

Good comfortable easy access to campus Helpful staff

I love this place -- my favorite in Atlanta. It's the hotel I try first to get whenever I'm planning a trip to Atlanta. A real disappointment when there are no vacancies -- like whenever there are Tech home games.

I came here to attend the CAU graduation. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the Internet access was nice. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Most convenient hotel for visiting Tech, with adjacent parking garage. Breakfast buffet is decent but pricey.

The location is near downtown and easily accessible to 75/85 interstate. There are a number of conferences for meeting.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference that was also hosted by the hotel. The hotel was clean and well suited for a small conference. Its location, just outside of downtown, was excellent. There were many place to eat within a short (2-6 blocks) walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Solid 3.5 star. Plenty of noise from hallway due to doors having large gap at bottom. And I could hear neighbor through wall.

I have stayed here multiple times for an easy walk to Music Midtown each year. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is amazing, and the walk to the festival is around 20 mins from the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The staff were very nice and the room was very clean and looked recently updated. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The only negative was that we really like a mini frig in our rooms.

One little inconvinianse no way to opens the rooms Windows to get air in the room. But good AC

Very pleased overall with stay. Utilized this hotel because of it's relation with the Ga Tech training center.

Good location downtown, clean room, comfortable, good price No refrigerator or table that could be moved around in the room however.

Unfortunately our flight was very late so we arrived at the hotel at 3 am. I asked if there were any feather bedding ( I had asked before and was told there were none) just to make sure and the staff at the front desk didn't know. They did send 1 pillow and 2 blankets to the room. The next morning I talked to the cleaning person to make sure she knew to keep the anti-allergic bedding and remove the others. It seems that she decided not to clean the room because when we came back at 8 pm the room was not clean. They sent someone to bring clean towels and that was it. So the room didn't get cleaned the 2 days we were there!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and accommodating to your needs.

This was a great hotel to stay in. Very clean and friendly staff.
