I enjoyed my stay very much, and will stay there again. Great location for shopping in walking distance. The suite was very comfortable, Friendly staff, and secure paid parking.

This is the second time at the hotel. It is lovely and quiet.

Great, welcoming staff. Very nice, clean rooms. Close to Marta

Nice, clean hotel. King room was decent-sized, with a closet, HUGE bathroom with separate vanity area, reading lights in ceiling over bed, separate living area with adequate seating. Nice decor. In-room mini fridge does not have a little freezer section. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, with options from yogurt and fruit for the health-conscious to scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage for the traditionalist, and plenty of bread options. Do note that there is a fee for self-parking, enough to significantly affect what had been a reasonable room rate. This is probably noted somewhere on the website, but it was something of a shock when checking in. A mega-church meets in the building next door on Sunday, which means that traffic can be heavy at certain times, but hired traffic cops help keep everything moving smoothly.

The staff was really nice, especially Miss Bessy. The rooms smelled clean and very fresh.

traveling with handicapped child 8 years old unable to walk can be stressful, hotel staff kudos & excellent ( marvin, quentin, renee)..very helpful, very informative regarding children activities, mode of transportation with a disable child. Staff was extremely patient with us.. Shuttle bus driver,Abraham was very kind/polite/professional with helping child. I cannot say enough positive things regarding hotel staff thank you again, Gladys

The hotel is very nice. I would absolutely stay there again. I just dont like paying 22 dollars per day, for self parking, because no other parking is available. However, most of the hotels charge the same price, and some charge 30 per day..

I stayed here on a girls' trip. It was a great location for us because we wanted to do a little bit of everything. Just a short walk to conveniences like grocery store and the mall. The Marta is also about a 10 minute walk and we used it numerous times to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was located next to a client I needed to see the next day. The accommodations were right on point, no hassle and allowed me to focus on what was needed.

My Visit at the Springhill wasn't the greatness, the bed was very hard and the website include a hot tub by the pool but I guess that larger the gym room and took that out. I was looking for that . Just a gateway for the weekend to ATL wasn't the greatness at Springhill.

very great staff, clean hotel, friendly staff. will come back and recommend to my friends and family

Although it's in a great location, and my check-in agent was awesome....the overall experience was not what I anticipated for the price. First of all, they started $20 per day VALET ONLY parking (with no nearby self-parking) the day before my arrival due to hotel construction. So it was really a site for sore eyes. The guest service staff was shocked when I asked for turn down service, and the following day, I received turn down service without even asking for it. Too bad I was naked when she walked in...I love Buckhead shopping and atmosphere, but no shuttle service and $20 a day for parking due to construction just did it for me. I'm not staying here again.

The stay was fine. The only problem that I had with the hotel was that it you had to use valley parking for 20 dollars per day.

My entire family enjoyed the hotel. We stayed only one night (in town for a concert), but the $20 per night parking fee annoyed me. I hate getting caught with unexpected fees. It is a large hotel, so if it was packed, I don't think that I would have enjoyed it as much.

Enjoyed my stay. Was especially impressed with the breakfast and staff.

Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable, Location was great, plenty of food options within walking distance.

The hotel was located around a lot of nice places to visit.

The hotel itself was great, but it was hard to find.

Loved the location. Located in the heart of Lenox. I didn't like the $10 a day parking

Great Hotel! Nice and clean with updated furniture! I highly recommend!
