Very nice property. Modern and up to date. Did not like that room didn’t automatically come with mini fridge. Conveniently located!

The property was nice but while we were there they were going through renovations on the roof. Although we didn't hear any construction we could see it.

Checking in we were given a handicapped room that had a bathroom that was not up to par. No vanity, shower was inadequate, seat for the commode wouldnt stay up, made the room undesirable. When I asked at the desk I was told that by booking online it was Orbitz fault.

I was there for a family reunion and was told breakfast was included in our stay. I paid $181 per night and was very disappointed to learn my meal wasn't included because I went thru a third party for booking. If I had known this I wouldn't have paid $181 per night for the room which was subpar for that price.

Our overnight stay was perfect. Staff was excellent. We were even able to check in early.

The staff were so super friendly. I have never had such a good customer service anywhere that I have ever stayed

The rooms are great here since he new upgrade. Very clean and modern. The staff was very nice, and it was a quiet stay. One drawback is that a housekeeper knocked on the door and tried to come in and clean around 9 AM on the morning I was supposed to checkout. I would have assumed they would have a list of who had checked out or not (checkout is 11AM). She did apologize and say she e

The hotel is being remodeled, no facilities at all at the main entrance. Hotel has a restaurant placed in a provisional room. Small bathroom. Very few lights in the room, the kind of lamps they have don't let you stay/see anything at the small desk that the room has. Reception area personnel is not very nice. Two elevators but only one working.

The hotel is very nice,but is going thru a renovation and its a complete mess,,i got awaken on saturday as there was construction crews,and the lobby is a mess,,stay when they finish renovation
