The hotel is very nice, but is going thru a renovation and its a complete mess,,i got awaken on saturday as there was construction crews, and the lobby is a mess,,stay when they finish renovation

This hotel should be closed for renovations. Everything was completely torn up during remodeling. There were plastic tarps and holes in walls and non stop noise from early morning until 6 p.m. I'm

I stayed at this hotel twice because it was convenient and service was good. I had no problems except on both occasions I used the glasses in the room and they were not replaced even though housekeeping had been in the room. otherwise room service was good and the room and bathroom were clean.

The lighting was very poor. I was staying there because I was attending a class. I had work to do and was unable to do it because of inadequate lighting

Clean and well-kept but a bit dated. Staff is very friendly and professional.

met expectations, was close to my meeting location

We arrived at the hotel much later than anticipated. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to making our stay the best possible. Our cookies were brought to us as we were checking in which capped off our long day of driving. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds wonderful. We wish we did not have to leave so early in the morning so we could have enjoyed the pool and restaurant. Great location. Atlanta seems to be our driving half way point so we look forward to coming back to the hotel on our next trip to Florida.

Went to for a workshop that was only 15 mins away from the hotel . There was easy access to fast food restaurants, so that helped out alot when I had to get up at 7am . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was as much as i paid , i thought wifi was included, because it stated free wifi , but it was only in the lobby and you had to pay for it to be in your room for every 24 hrs u had it . And the printer in the business center was a pain to use . But the staff was helpful and very friendly and in all me and my mom enjoyed the stay.

worst experience in a Hilton brand hotel i have ever had. Traveled to Atlanta for a conference, check in was just fine and then we entered the room... this was a handicap room (not a problem) but the looks of it this room was not updated since the mid 90s. no microwave, fridge, or another item that would normally be located in currently designed rooms. there happen to be a large group of people in the hotel that night. i had to call several times to ask the hotel front desk to keep the noise down in the hallways due to the other customers. Nothing was done or it was not effective. we were not able to go to sleep until after midnight (finally passed out from exertion). When i asked the front desk about the noise and why nothing was done about it, i was simply told that there was nothing they could do.

Great location ... Lots of places to dine, staff was very nice! Rooms are clean . The pool and jacuzzi was fabulous . Restaurant was good. Very quiet considering all the traffic in the area. I will return

Hotel was easy to find right off the highway. The person at the front desk was very nice and warm. Love the free cookies. .

We did not have a safe in the room. The pool was very nasty an we didnt have the local channels there. The ice machine was not by the elevator like it said.We should have had a continental breakfast. The prices were a little steep at the cafe.We drove 9 hours to see our cardinals play the local braves. The one an only game we didnt go see was not televised. The reason why the pool was so nasty was the outdoor pool had things floating in it.So we said something about it an a guy who was checking the water started cleaning the outdoor pool up. It was 90 degrees there an we wanted to swim in the outdoor pool but it was nasty. So we had to swim in the indoor pool.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel was surprisingly quiet being so close to the highway. Pappadeaux and Pappacetos restaurants closely. The only thing I would say is how about some complimentary coffee in the morning.

I visited my son in law, daughter and granddaughter and the location was perfect.

Very nice rooms. Good access to expressway and downtown (15 minutes).

Great Hotel! Should have wifi free though. Nice restaurant

We were there for just one night but it was great. Room was clean, comforable, and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful.

WE basicly stayed the night & left at 9:00 am. The room was clean & comfortable, the staft were freindly. We really didnt take atvantage of amenities.

Room was about as could be expected for the $$ ; it WAS cleaned very well each day. Staff was pleasant. My room was 3rd floor, just above an outdoor smoking "garden," that doubled as a loud party location. Very noisy. I was supposed to have plasma TV - NO. Could not buy in-room movies because that was undergoing some repairs (reports are that's been going on for some time). I did have wireless, but it was $10 per 24 hrs. I commented to a travel companion that it doesn't pay to try and save some bucks on a hotel because one is often disappointed when the hotel doesn't deliver, as is the case here.

Bed was super comfy and the Customer Service desk was so polite! Its in a great area, close to downtown and to White Water, everything was really great, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
