Feb 8, 2020

seats are too small and tight for a tall person like myself. I enjoyed my flight because plane wasn't full and I wasn't contained to normal small space.

Arrived early!

Nov 30, 2019

Paid for the WiFi day pass. Though it was unusable. Wouldn't connect

Nov 13, 2019

The flight attendants were especially helpful and friendly. I interacted with three of them specifically and they were outstanding.

Jul 7, 2019

I didn't like the charge for my checked luggage for both ways. Seems a bit excessive.

Jun 15, 2019

Nothing all good service

May 27, 2019

The check in was outstanding and the flight crew was amazing. Food was good, seating was a little crowded for the long trip, movies were very good and the crew was first class. I will be flying Virgin Atlantic in the future.

Feb 4, 2019

Fast flight

Nov 25, 2018

Only thing was the flight was delayed due to weather but the staff adjusted the connecting flight with no issues and even left her seat on the first connecting flight open so in the event they got there on time then she could still keep her original itinerary.

I was in a sling due to shoulder surgery. Very well taken care of by every staff member. I have had some terrible flight experiences lately. Delta is doing something right. Thank you.
