Jan 26, 2020

Jan 15, 2020

Our flight attendant JoAnn was excellent

Jan 12, 2020

Good customer service.

Dec 22, 2019

Flight attendants were not engaging with customers. Didn’t say good morning, thank you for flying with us, unless we initiated the contact. I know it was early in the am. But I would think that is Customer service 101. Just seemed like they we’re in a routine and wanted to get it over. IDK, something to think about. I haven’t flown with Sun Country in a long time, so maybe that’s a norm. Otherwise plane was in awesome shape, clean, roomie! I would fly Sun Country again even if the attendant don’t say good morning and thank you. But our world needs kindness what a great opportunity to make an impact each day with your work on our world!! It only takes one!! Spread joy and love one person at a time!! Happy Holidays!! Thanks for listening.
