Great Professorial Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dec 3, 2019

The mobile app, that I know of, helped with real time updates and changes of my flight. My flight was delayed and whenever I checked the app I was able to be informed of those changes. It helped and made it convenient.

I ended up traveling with me niece because her flight to manchester NH was delayed thru LGA, ON HER SEAT SELECTION IT Showed the seat next to her was taken so I had to sit somewhere else when in fact it wasnt.

Jul 30, 2018

Seats were tight fit on Spirit and it took 30 minutes to get our bags- the bag area was not busy at all.

Mar 19, 2018

Good flights on time. Thanks.

Mar 7, 2018

Our flight’s takeoff was delayed almost two hours because of the snowstorm. Two runways were closed and we had to de-ice twice. Even though the delay was frustrating I knew Delta had our safety as top priority. I was impressed that the pilot was able to take off in such treacherous conditions.
