Cynthia in Scottsdale is great!

Our room 419 was clean and nice, but it needs better lighting. The lights are too dim. And the maid woke us up by knocking on our door at 8:15 am! Cynthia at the breakfast buffet was a very hard worker. She kept everything stocked, cleaned and was friendly. There was a boys’ soccer team there and they were messy but she cleaned up after them immediately. The rest of the staff were very nice also.

Hotel Staff Great, Building Needs Maintenance

The staff and the breakfast were top notch. While the building was renovated, it had some problems. The light fixture in my bathroom was hanging by a wire.
