I'LL GET RIGHT TO THE POINT, AS THIS REVIEW PORTAL ONLY ALLOWS FOR 1500 WORDS. I WAS A FOUNDING MEMBER, BACK IN THE DAY AND ALWAYS ENJOYED MY STAYS HERE. CONS: 1.OFFICE NOT EASY TO FIND IF YOU ENTER FROM NORTH SIDE. OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT VERY WELCOMING-NOT FRIENDLY. 2.ROOMS DATED-I THINK DECOR HASN'T CHANGED SINCE OPENING 3. WALLS ARE THIN YOU CAN HEAR THE VOICES & WHEN NEIGHBORS OPEN THEIR DOOR, YOU WOULD SWEAR SOMEONE JUST WALKED INTO YOUR ROOM. 4. BAD INTERNET CONNECTION 5. ANTS JUST SHOWED UP OUT OF NOWHERE IN MY BATHROOM & ON MY BED. 6. SPA IS NOT A VERY RELAXING SPACE. JUST A COMBO OF ALL THE ROOM TYPES TURNED INTO A SPA. (SERVICE WAS GOOD, NOT GREAT) PERFECT DAY SPA PACKAGE 3 HRS- SAME PERSON DID MASSAGE & FACIAL, 50 MINS EACH FOR ALL 3 SERVICES. THE COMBO LASTED 1HR 15MINS AND PEDI 41 MINS FROM START TO FINISH. (AUTO 20% GRAT.) TV IN KITCHEN DID NOT WORK-ALSO UNABLE TO TURN OFF LIGHT (IN CEILING) TRIED EVERY SWITCH IN ROOM. BATHROOM FAN VERY NOISY/LOUD. PROS: NICE LOCATION-NEAR SHOPPING AREA- BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. VERY NICE GROUNDS- POOL AREA, ADULT POOL, SEATING AT POOLS, BARS AT POOL. VERY NICE. BALCONY AND PATIO SEATING@EVERY UNIT. I WOULD SATY AGAIN, BUT I WILL MAKE SURE AND BRING ALL MY ISSUES UP WITH MANAGEMENT NEXT TIME. I WOULD NOT BOOK THE SPA EVER AGAIN, I WOULD JUST GO DOWN THE STREET TO HAND AND STONE AND GET A MORE RELAXING MASSAGE AND FACIAL AND THE ABILITY TO TIP ON SERVICE PROVIDED, NOT DEMANDED.

Overall the place was nice. A few things that need attended. The toilet ran, and filled about every 15 minutes. The refrigerator clanked very loud on startup and stop. No charging locations at all. And lastly, there was long black hair on the wall in the shower. Otherwise, the place was nice. Liked the layout and it was comfortable.

The grounds and the pool were just beautiful. However, we were very disappointed with the room due to a major issue. It rained and rain leaked thru the ceiling onto the coffee table and carpet. The room was also very outdated. Carpet had stains and the furniture had scratches on them. Very outdated! Another issue was the night we checked into the hotel there was a comforter and dishes laying outside our room's entrance. I called the next morning, and they were to come and remove them. It never happened, so I brought it up with staff again and they never removed them. It was the next day when we had the leak from the rain that it finally was resolved. Kudos to the maintenance staff, Cole who fixed the problem and also had the comforter removed. The manager, Melinda did offer another room for us, but we decided against it due to the great work that Cole did to fix the issue, so we decided to stay because we only had one more day left. Melinda stated that we would receive a 50-dollar credit. We never received it and when I called about it, the desk staff said it was a 50-dollar credit for the reservation to use at their resort. This was not told to us. We stayed there in 2017 and had a fantastic stay but this time sadly no.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The master suite was very nice, lots of room. However the bathroom sink had a leaky faucet and the shower smelled bad, like rotten eggs. The shower head had something green on it, either mold or lime scale, not sure. The soaking tub wasn’t clean either. Otherwise the room itself and bed were clean and comfortable.
