My room was clean but I was not impressed. I was just glad that I did not have to be grossed out by roaches. I still clean before my family enters the room. So it’s not that big of a deal. The pet rent is a bit extreme. I paid daily between $45-$50 for each pet. I should be walking into a room that is immaculate. I was pretty disappointed with how they treated us at check out. We communicated that we were going to check out late and agreed to paying any extra fees. Long story short they did not let my husband back up to the room to help me take the last load to the car. I wanted to have the funds available so we could pay on our way out. We had some great teamwork going and all of a sudden my husband never showed up for the last load. I have all our pets and more than a few bags I could carry on my own. They threatened to blacklist us from all locations because they felt we were trying to dip without paying. Conveniently, he had to wait for me to come down from the 3rd floor to tell me what was going on because I didn’t have my phone with me at that moment. They must have had moments with other guests that snuck out the back door to avoid paying any extra fees. However, the way she judged us and the attitude we had to deal with was uncalled for. Communication would have been nice. I could have paid the fee at any moment, it was just convenient for me to take care of it as we were leaving.

We originally booked to stay a whole week. After the first night we could not stay. We did not feel safe, no one at front desk, strange cries and moans from next room, bugs and hair in bathroom. I got out of there as soon as I could with my 3 kids. Expedia worked well with me to try to recoup some of the money I spent but to no avail. We were much happier somewhere else.

The stay wasn’t all the way bad had a chance to relax for couple of days. But the elavator was slow only could use the front entrance to get in, plus hard to get into the room. No assistance during after hour had to fix the tv myself. Pretty quiet most of the time besides the freeway. No pots and pans for the kitchenette but there was near by food places.

No maintenance on weekend. Limited staff availability. Smoking near front door cig buts all around. Beds are not queens. Not as advertised no sitting area. No grab and go breakfast. Relativity qiet except when chair scape on floor. Ok for a cheap place to stay.

Hotel staff was very polite and courteous. However, the hotel itself wasn’t clean. Our bedsheets and towels had stains, the hallway floors were sticky and filthy, and the sink had mold around the grout. Also, $2 for a new towel is ridiculous.

I would not recommend this hotel...was dirty very noisy lots of tweekers transients room dirty tub has a hole in it...i asked the housekeepers if they could mop and sanitize and deoderize the room and she said sorry no..room smelled like wet dog inside..very noisy till 3am 4am kids and adults yelling and screaming..parking lot not safe i had to be armed all night with people just sitting in random cars watching all who parked..staff not friendly or helpfull window always closed..just a very bad experience here...if i could i would just get my money back..horrible place to stay...and on top all that nooooo towels soap of any kind in room and no TP we used our own....so if management reads this ...yes money back would be good...

We were very disappointed. Although it was adequate like the bed was comfortable enough, had tv and WiFi but the bathroom did not have hand towels, only wash clothes and body towels and there was not a coffee pot or lamp in room.
