Lots of easy access to multiple places and walking distance

I was not happy with the front desk personal. We checked in late and he made us wait to get our room keys. We asked for a roll-a-way bed and then we had to take it to our room. I had requested the bed when I called and was told I needed to ask when we checked it.

I was happy to see coffee in the rooms. It was a relaxing place to stay. I was also happy to take a swim with the grandson and have breakfast in the morning. Just a pleasent stay.

Ok for overnight stay after a long flight.

Quiet easy to get to .

I would not recommend. The staff is very nice, but the accommodations were not. The bed was not comfortable and hurt my back. I did not sleep well. We ended up canceling our 2nd night and changing hotels.

I hate to write a bad review...but unless you like camping with homeless, this is not the place for you. The government has apparently turned this place into a homeless shelter during the pandemic. I have worked with the homeless for most of my life and have great compassion for them. However, vacationing with them is not my cup of tea.

Luckily I didn’t spend much time in my hotel room. However when I did I couldn’t wait to leave. There was a horrendous smell everytime I stepped into the hallway and my room had a musty smell as well. I had a king suite. While the room was big. It was underwhelming. I had two TVs but both were like 32” and very old. The pull out couch had disgusting stains all over it and was disappointing. Great location but I would not recommend staying here. Would definitely look at other places in the area before this

Nice hotel near airport. No restaurants within easy walking distance. Free airport shuttle.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room we were put in smelled lightly of cigarettes. The hallway was nearly putrid. Avoid floor 2. Room was clean, but there were a few stains on the carpet and furniture. Missing towels and soap. It just didn't feel ready to go.

The hotel is being used for rentals. The entire hotel stunk like smoke. There was a police arrest outside my window that kept me up into the night. Do not stay here.

We picked the property based on the amenities, the complimentary breakfast in particular. They had no breakfast and no coffee. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and spacious. There were lots of pets there, so it is a pet friendly place. Very close to the airport and in a safe area.

Comfy beds. A/C. WiFi. TV. Clogged sink with gunk. No toilet paper. Gave my room with strangers gaining access, if I didn’t have the latch on, they would have walked in. Woke me up around midnight to exchange rooms. Ad claim, but no free breakfast and no swimming. Supervisor Report to Orbitz that free breakfast served at room due to COVID, but no such thing. Safety issue. Maintenance issue. Sanitation issue. Disappointing 3 days.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. It saddens me to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I can assure you though, that we do not have any homeless camping out on or around our property. Anyone found on property is immediately vacated.
