Good flight good crew.

Nov 3, 2019

The check-in personnel could use a bit more training in the art of welcoming passengers and being more helpful when someone asks for a name tag to fasten to their luggage. Found them to be quite unprofessional.

Missed connecting flight along with several other travelers ... passport line too long. No warning when booking flights.

May 14, 2018

Everything was fine. Only the meals had limited selection, for instance no green salad or vegetarian option

Seats in economy should not recline.

Iberia is amazing. They helped us fix a name error that was sent over incorrectly from Orbitz for our daughter. It cost us money when checking in with Jet Blue because Orbitz was not helpful costing us $310 for a new ticket because it could take them 6 hours to fix.

Nothing else, everything was fine, thanks.
