I had been traveling for two days and the staff was able to get me taken care of in record time helping me coordinate dinner and breakfast. A great stay!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time I am pleased with the quiet and clean rooms, the pleasant staff, and the food in the restaraunt. It is my go-to hotel for flying in and out of Madrid since it is so close to the airport and offers shuttle service.
Close to airport, was fine for one night in prep for early flight. Note, take bus to/from hotel to/from airport. Taxi from airport is 20EU due to regulation! Bus is 8 min and cost you 1.5EU. 101 Bus is 1/2 block from hotel.
Located in Moncloa-Aravaca, this hotel is steps from Plaza de Espana - Princesa, Plaza de España, and Gran Via Street. Teatro Coliseum and Lope de Vega Theatre are also within 5 minutes. Plaza de Espana Station is only a 2-minute walk and Ventura Rodriguez Station is 5 minutes.
The hotel is close to the airport by taxi, however it is not close to much else. The nearest Metro station is a good 15-20 min walk. It is located in a residential neighborhood so not really any restaurants or shops nearby. The hotel itself is nice, however Wifi can be spotty at times.
The property was in the heart of Madrid. Many of the sites and museums were walkable. The hotel was basic, but comfortable, clean, and had friendly service. I would definitely stay there again.
It had an excellent breakfast menu, which included Spanish omelettes (tortilla española) and Manchego cheese, apart from excellent cereals (muesli, granola), breads (croissants, etc.), juices, yogurts, Also, the staff is very hip and professional, helpful, and well organized. Finally, it is close ...
Easy to get to from the airport. Friendly staff and the room is simple but cozy. Bathroom is excellent and clean and has everything that we needed. Only thing is that WiFi is only accesible in the lobby so we didn’t have it in the room. Would have been more comfortable to have WiFi in the room.
Located in Centro, this hostal is steps from Plaza de Espana - Princesa and Lope de Vega Theatre. Gran Via Street and Plaza de España are also within 5 minutes. Noviciado Station is only a 2-minute walk and Santo Domingo Station is 3 minutes.
