I have one complaint. Why does American Airlines allow passengers to recline their seats in coach? It happens to me every time I fly with American. With the limited space between seats it puts pressure on my knees when the passengers in front of me recline their seast. On a few occasions I've have asked the passenger in front of me not to recline and it always result in a refusal and some times outright hostility. I try to be polite but they all believe it is their right. On one occasion a flight attendant accommodated me my letting me move to another seat. I note that the seats on the Spirit Airlines do not recline. That makes sense to me considering the limited space in coach. Why not American do the same?
