Good communication from pilot. Easy flight.
Wished the airplane air flow was better. Felt Claustrophobic with a packed flight and perfume/cologne smells gave me headache
Wish had more leg room in economy flight.
Seats a bit close to seat in front. Seat cushions need improvement.
Maybe provide baskets for the flight attendants to distribute snacks. They were dispensing from plastics bags not very professional.
Could have had better snacks
Very friendly Delta staff!
We were on time. Everyone was great. It sincerely was an outstanding flight.
This was one of the nicest flights my husband and I had in a long time! We flew coach, but we actually had leg room and room in our seats! And the “pre-check” status was very much appreciated!
boarding coach is done by ticket fare. Instead of position in a row I boarded dead last and had a window seat requiring everyone to get up and out
I have never had a set departure time of a flight that was supposed to take off at one time and then changes five different times. Goes from AM to PM to late afternoon to never leaving to back to afternoon. How are customers supposed to get to where they need to be by a certain time if there’s no actual set departure for a flight that you paid for to leave at a specific departure time!
Wheelchair assist, was put in back of plane
Staff was wonderful
we eve had to wait 45 min on the tar mat
Late departing, diverted, unorganized at alternate airport, late arriving
Flight delayed in Tallahassee for an hour due to maintenance that should have been performed over night
Delta should have put us in hotel instead of keeping us at airport from 8pm til 630 am
Delta # and Precheck not submitted bt Orbitz it caused me to almost miss my flight because I was redirected to general security. In Atlanta, that is dissastrous.
