The floors were very dirty. Bottom of your feet get black from the dirty floor. People dropping their overnight trash in bags over the balcony and leaving on the ground.
This hotel location is in what appears to be an unsavory area. People hanging out on the street. I felt unsafe. The room looked like a Before shot on the Hotel Rescue show. Sink broken. Old furniture I did not walk I ran the next morning! Stay Away!
The tv & the way the room was set up the staff was real friendly
The staff was nice at the front desk in the morning afternoon the night time front desk was short and dismissive. Ice machine was broken on 3rd floor and second floor had run out I asked if there was ice in the kitchen in the main building and he said to wait for the ice machine on the second floor to make more ice. Ended up having to go to the shell across the street for ice and paid for it. The floor in the room was sticky. For $115 a night this hotel was horrible. The breakfast was just as bad
I got to the motel late at night with my family. They had canceled my reservations that I have made a month in advance. She gave us a room the bathroom door was falling off. The outer door didn't latch. The conditions of the room were severely randown. We stayed there five hours and left to find another motel. And my card was charged for the reservations. I would not suggest this Motel to anybody and beware.
Buses and trucks idling in the parking lot all night, every night.
The staff was very helpful. This hotel needs better bedding and pillows. Also the elevator did not work when I was there. The curtains need to be longer to block out the light. They redid the floor of the rooms so that looks good.
The hotel is inexpensive with a better than average breakfast. It has been well-used and needs some cleaning up. I have stayed here several times because it is right next to I-395 to DC and a 10 minute drive to DC and Arlington. If you need to save a few dollars and just want a place to sleep and take a shower, this place works. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance as well....Chinese, IHOP, Italian. I will stay here again.
VERY DIRTY, poor break. Noise all the time. I didn't feel safe there and didn't sleep well
Broken toilet dirty pillows cases not place to stay
I have stayed here many times before. It has now gone through a remodel. Convenient to all locations on the south side of Washington. Close to Signature Theatre.
9 miles from Capitol Hill, good ,for the money you pay, but very inconfortable bed.
I was not impressed, the sheets were damp, not a nice area, noisy, looked like run down. Not worth the money, would never stay there again.
The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Room smelled horrible. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Couldn't wait to leave after 1 night.
Rooms seem to be really new ... beds were rock hard
Our hot pot was broken. I got a new one but it was also broken. The internet was good.
Was a great experience, always I found the roon clean, the only thing they would change is the time to the breackfast, it close very early, but all the other things was very good, I'll come back.
Room ok. Breakfast could be moe varied... but is cheap. What do you expect?
I'm all for budget hotels, and I'm not picky, but this room was dirty and made us uncomfortable. The bathtub was not clean, there was a sticky red substance with a hair in it on the nighttable, and in the morning, we found a bug wandering around our wall and ceiling. Also, I tried to call the front desk with a question and discovered our phone didn't work. They don't seem to keep this hotel in good condition. We were only staying for one night, so it didn't matter much, but had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. Also, for DC travelers, they have a shuttle to the Metro, but they're not near the train.
