I lost my smart watch in the room and my smart phone showed the last location is in the hotel, but when I made a report after I checked out, they replied me that they could not find it. Even though, they kept saying I could updated my report, which I did but unfortunately the system could not allow me to write more words. I am very disappointed with the way they deal with lost item issue. Certainly, I will not go back to the hotel again.
Clean, cheap and great location! The bed was very comfy!

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was disappointed to find out that it was a Microtel—all the rooms had been condensed into tiny versions of hotel rooms without proper appliances or utilities for me and my guest to share during our stay. Online, this hotel was advertised as spacious and well enjoyed by previous guests, so this was quite a disappointment; realizing we’d have to suffer through a barely walkable room for the next four nights of our stay. It was also advertised online that the breakfast was provided by the hotel and was free, which was untrue. The attendees at the front desk also were not of much assistance when I expressed these concerns to them.

**Slightly deceptive listing - it is a MICROTEL ***
- While this hotel is in a great location for attending any event at the Capital One Arena, what is not clearly stated is that this is a 'microtel- micro+hotel. This wasn't listed anywhere on Hotels.com and is hard to find on the actual Hilton website as well where they label the rooms as 'cleverly compact'. All non handicap accessible rooms are approximately 150 sq ft. We booked a queen bed room and there was barely any space to move around. I can't believe no other review has mentioned the incredibly small sizes. The bathrooms too are very compact with the shower spraying water everywhere including the floor. Our room was situated at the back of the hotel where there was construction beginning at 4am on the building next door making it impossible to sleep. This negative review has nothing to do with the staff members at the hotel who were all superbly friendly and helpful.
Pros:
Good location for Capital One Arena events - but a lot of homeless people around the hotel doors
Friendly staff
Cons:
TINY room sizes
Constant construction in the area with thin room walls
The bars were not open and we did not eat at the hotel. We have stayed at Motto DC before and like the location. The staff was very friendly the room met our needs and was clean
The room is small but really nice! Staff is very friendly and attentive. H Street is a little noisy but the supply you with a noise machine and earplugs -- I only needed the noise machine to sleep soundly through the night. I would absolutely stay here again.

Yes the room was very much appreciated?? But the hotel over charge my card and never received my deposit back of $500
The hotel really is the best bang for your buck. Location is in china town and has excellent food selections. They also have one of the cutest front desk clerks I’ve ever met in DC. Will definitely book here again in the future!
