hassan checked us in and has been helpful throughout our evening. the staff all around has been great. the food is good, but could be better/more plentiful for the price. skyroom is a great experience. would definitely stay here again if in the area for a short layover.

At check-in the lady assisting us advised she didn’t have any rooms and that we should’ve called and said we were going to be checking in late, so after 12 a.m. our rooms were given away, we were checking in at 115 a.m. No remorse no nothing. It’s not until we asked for a manager two rooms appeared.

I did not like the parking the staff told me it was free with my stay then i check out they say its $40
Very close to Reagan Natl airport, the Pentagon, and Arlington Natl Cemetery. A shutle runs every half hour to and from the airport. The only negative is there is no restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel room size was perfect! However, the bedroom AC unit was busted and did not work properly. This isn’t the first time being at this hotel, but they forgot to include the HVAC when they renovated the rooms.
Clean, friendly staff and great location- Close to mall, metro and airport. Free stuttle service is wonderful.
I thought the location was great. It was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. The only negative was the parking. Parking was crowded and cars were double parked the whole weekend.
