Comfortable bed
After what happened on January 6th, 2021, my family decided not to go to the inauguration, because we didn’t feel safe. We wanted to cancel our trip and get at some money back from this hotel. We got refund for the flight tickets even the airline said it was not refundable at the beginning. However, this hotel denied to refund immediately! They have no idea how much $1100 means to my family! We feel very angry and sad. We can’t do anything, but let them take our money away. We even don’t know whom we should turn to for help! I even suffered from depression after I realized I couldn’t get any money back. $1100 can support my whole family for a month and we saved it for the inauguration. It’s heartbreaking. I just want to let everyone know that this hotel is nothing but greedy!

On what planet is this damp cramped dimly lit hotel a 4 star property? The room had no soap. There were crumbs on every hard surface. With all the lamps on it was dim. The water pressure was non-existent. Their underground garage charges guests $39.00 for parking 1 day—I stayed one night and got the hell out of there.
I liked the decor very much, how close it was to the airport and mostly everything looked and felt clean.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is nice.
staff was pleasant. there was a huge dead fly in the bathroom but otherwise nice, clean hotel. shuttle to and from DCA was nice. expensive food and drinks but that’s the norm for DC. i’d return.
Nice Property. No Pool. very nice staff. I would love to stay again.
Overall the property was super nice. Clean rooms and lobby.
Customer service was terrible. No one available to assist after 6pm.

This is a great place to stay if you are touring Washington. The metro is very close and there are restaurants and a rite aid right where you get on the subway. The staff was very friendly and the bed was so comfortable I wished I had it at home. The internet was awful as some other people have said in their reviews but this didn't matter to me as I had my own internet.
Parking was a problem, over charged for parking, every time I left, staff, when I arrived didn’t time time to help, until kept asking.
