Nice location. Would stay again.

Everything was good!

It was dirty and grimy, the staff looked depressed, the breakfast buffet was horrible - mostly empty with long lines while people waited for a few morsels to be put out. I saw the same chicken bone on the patio for four days. Pool wasn't open even though it was 96 degrees. I asked for no feathers because I'm allergic and the blankets and pillows all had feathers. Cheap coffee in the rooms. Overall, very disappointed for a Hyatt in the middle of DC.

When I called they said the pool was going to be open but it wasn’t. Also, I was placed in a handicapped room when I never requested this.

The staff when we arrived were rude and admitted they did not read our request for a low floor. The staff said our room on the 12th floor was ready but since we made a request we had to wait until 3pm, regular check-in time. We arrived at 1:30pm and said we would wait but that was not our fault they didn’t honor our request. We came back at 3:00pm to get our room and it was still not ready, which we were guaranteed for 3:00pm. We waited 40 more minutes in the lobby with disrespectful staff and blamed that we just made the request on that day. I called and made my request a week prior when I booked the room. The one woman admitted they did not read the request but the other woman said I requested it that day so we deserved to wait. I have NEVER been disrespected like this at a hotel or seen such disorganization. We needed a lower floor for my mother who is elderly and only does stairs. We also have an 8 year old son in a wheelchair. I am extremely disappointed. The night was very loud with people yelling and hearing many noises. The only positive thing was the cleanliness of the room and the staff who served breakfast. They were pleasant and courteous and accommodating. Also, if 5 people are in a room, there should be more than 3 towels. Also, the valet man leaves the keys to your car unlocked and open while he goes into the garage below to retrieve other cars. I did not feel safe in that way. We will NOT stay here again. Highly disappointed by the reviews I was deceived by.

This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to DC mall. The hotel is very good, and location is great. Hotel staff may need some improvements in customers' service though. Other than that, we had no issues with the place, staying there, or getting there. I can recommend for a stay

It was a nice place to stay, we would stay there again.

Staff was a bit rough and there's dust in the rooms. The shower head was very difficult to take a shower with. It's aimed towards the wall great for short people, but not tall. Food and bed were fantastic. We slept great and the heat in the room was amazing. It felt like a regular inside HVAC system, unlike window units.

Way too loud the air conditioning system. Room was very close to the highway.. so, noisy. First responders are right there.. so.. another noise issue. Parking service was good but slow. Was surprised when they left a note where it said that housekeeping service will be available only for the people who stays longer than 5 days. And, for my surprise, on the 3 day morning, housekeeping was nocking on the door…

The bathroom door did not work properly. It was very hard to open and close. There was an old soap bar left in the shower. Makes me wonder how they cleaned the room?

Great for family

Pool, restaurant, top deck closed. No housekeeping,no newspaper. Had to seek out toiletries every couple days(5) No restaurants in neighborhood. Top floor, xtra$, no view.

Affordable Hotel. Clean. Cool amenities. Can easily recommend to a friend.

Location was unique around the property. What was terrible was that the air conditioning didn’t work for the first night and had to change rooms because they couldn’t fix the problem.

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. There seems to be some miscommunication that occurred with your request.
