We had a great stay overall. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was well maintained. The location is excellent—close to many attractions and restaurants, and within walking distance to metro buses and subway stations, which made getting around very easy. The availability of scooters nearby was a fun and convenient bonus for transportation. We also felt safe and secure in and around the hotel. The daily complimentary happy hour and snacks were a really nice touch and definitely appreciated. Breakfast was good overall and it’s understood that it’s complimentary, so expectations were reasonable. However, the main downside was that food items were constantly running out and staff took quite a long time to replenish them. On multiple mornings, 30 minutes before breakfast officially ended, staff had already begun cleaning up, leaving very limited options and making guests feel rushed. Additionally, seating was often an issue, as many tables were left with dirty plates, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. Aside from the breakfast experience, everything else was very positive. Overall, it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location, and we would still recommend it.

The room was clean and was a good size. I was there a few days before Christmas, the hotel was VERY crowded, the lobby, the dining areas, everywhere there were people as if there was a big wedding in the hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee at breakfast time was absolutely delicious! But good luck finding a seat in the dining area. Total madness. I don't know if the hotel is normally that crowded, but i am going to assume it's due to Christmas. There were alot of kids running around too, which surprised me. The location is close to everything, including city center! Their evening reception is great, loved their free snacks and drinks. For the volume of business/crowd this hotel serves, it will satisfy most travelers.
