The staff was great. We needed an extra fridge and they were able to provide it. Breakfast buffet that came with the stay was amazing with all different options.

Love the breakfast and Happy Hour. Rooms are becoming dated.

Great hot tub and pool. No dishes, cups, glasses, or silverware in what was billed as a suite. It had a microwave and small fridge.

The property overall was ok, but in the heart of DC was a little hard to get to and only had valet parking. The pool was broke during the time we were there, even though they were as accommodating as they could be it as still disappointing as that is one of the main reasons we booked this place. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and so our windows looked out to the narrow allow at the backside of another brick building. Maybe I'm over critical and should have expected that could be a possibility, it still made it not as a pleasant stay as I had hoped.

The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed excellent made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. Staff brought extra towels to our room quickly, and all others were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for catching a nearby trolley tour to see the monuments, but the parking is fairly expensive. My daughter used the fitness room and said it was great. The only thing we missed was having a 24 hour coffee/tea bar that we’ve enjoyed as an amenity at other hotels, but that is a minor complaint.

Really accommodating with very early check in, great free breakfast, spacious suites and awesome location

The property was in reasonable walking distance to most attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool much better condition than last year.

Location is great, room condition was pretty run down and mundane for a $545 room. Way overpriced.

The front office staff were great. Very helpful. The room was in good condition and seemed quite clean. Did not like Just one trashcan to cover four areas. The breakfast was tasty but very understaffed. Waited in lime for over 1:2 hr on weekend to just get prepared food. Staff was not very friendly (couple were), but Probably due to being overwhelmed with the masses and dirty table.

I liked the location and amenities. It was clean, staff was friendly.

Clean hotel; friendly and nice staff; good breakfast; great location as close to several shops and restaurants; awesome complimentary snacks and alcohol every afternoon. We had a great time, and will be back to that hotel again.

Nice staffs , good service Big table and chairs take a lot of space in the room .Need a bigger fridge.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Food at restaurant in hotel was great. My steak was prepared just as I like.

Very nice property. Even my 5 year old liked the hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent stay. Unfortunately having plates, dishes, silverware, etc in the room are not part of Embassy Suites brand standards. I truly wish that our amenities were similar to Homewood Suites where those items are provided to guests once they arrive to their room. My apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you during your visit to Washington DC, but please rest assure that we will be addressing your comments to our Food & Beverage team as they can utilize your comments as a suggestion to Hilton Corporate. Thank you.
