I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past so I was looking forward to a comfortable stay. However I was disappointed The stay started off on the wrong foot upon checking in. The weekend staff was not professional and seemed almost bothered that I interrupted their socialization to check us in. I was not given any information about the hotel in regards to breakfast and such. Our room lacked any literature about the hotel. Therefore I consulted their website. According to their website breakfast is served 6:30-10:30. However when I entered the dinning area at 9:45 am Monday morning I was told breakfast ended at 9:30. Frustrated I asked the front desk about the hours and explained my disappointment. The clerk was unsympathetic and suggested I check out Starbucks across the street. I will not be staying at Embassy Suits for my future travels.

Amazing experience

This hotel was a perfect location to walk to so many sites in DC for our family of 5. In addition to the location, the staff was amazing. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel right at home. The rooms are cleaned and reset each night of your stay and the entire hotel is kept very clean. We will highly recommend to family and friends and would absolutely stay here in the future. Thank you!

I never got to stay at the Embassy suites. My flight was canceled and my whole family trip never happened. It was a disaster. After my flight was canceled and I couldn’t find a new one. I tried contacting the hotel to let them know my flight was canceled and my vacation is not gonna happen. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and the hotel still tried to charge me even though I never stayed I was never able to show up.

Excellent getaway.

From ambience to staff attentiveness, my 3 night stay was great. This was my first experience declining to have my room refreshed one morning and in doing so I later received a text from the hotel staff acknowledging my decline and offering to send up extra towels ect. That was a first. Additionally, they have organized the daily reception and receiving drinks and snacks is no longer chaotic. The buffet breakfast and omelette station staff worked very hard and the food was very tasty everyday. The valet staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
