The only drawback to this hotel is the parking fees. Just because everyone else is doing it, doesn’t make it right.
Quiet. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel accessible to metro area.
There’s not much hospitality here. Not impressed by lack of simple things like free ice water in the lobby. Waters are $3 each. It rained while I was there, so I asked if I could borrow an umbrella, “$10, over there on the shelf”. It was dollar store quality. Also when I arrived at the airport I called for the shuttle and was told it would be about 15 minutes. An hour later I called again because it never came. On check out day, I went to the lobby early and the shuttle driver was there, after I confirmed I needed a ride he told me we ere waiting for someone so I grabbed a coffee and waited in the lobby next to the door - then he left without me! It took another 30 minutes for someone to return. And the mildew in the shower was pretty gross too. Also, don’t expect a real restaurant on site. Very very limited menu served in the open lobby. I know these are minor things and overall they didn’t effect my trip, but it’s things like this that set apart a great hotel from an ok one.

Very nice hotel with helpful, professional staff and in a great area: walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops.

There was a $35 fee for parking which seems excessive. The room was clean but the hotel furniture definitely needs an upgrade especially in the dining area. Made to order breakfast was cold, overpriced and not good. We only stayed one night. Probably won’t stay here again given the many other options.
