I've stayed at the park Phoenix many times. It has a great location and I love having a Guinness at the Dubliner next door! However, this is the first time I've been back in a few years. The rooms are tired and the hotel now charges $32 dollars a day for "special services" which include two bottles of water in the room, a free beer at the bar, subpar coffee on the second floor, access to the gym, internet and a"business center" consisting of one non-working computer. I won't be back I feel duped.

Comfy beds, clean room. Front desk was nice. Automatic door opener buttons on the main doors would be nice. The door man was never there, and it was very awkward to try to get the luggage cart outside and then back inside.
