Marriott Marquis Washington, DC

The hotel was unable to accommodate my requests for a room with double beds despite the notation. I couldn't use Orbitz hotel reservation number on the Marriott website to track my Marriott reservation. Something about not recognizing 3rd party travel agents....shameful.

Marquis is Marriott's top of the line. Impeccable service and right next to the convention center with underground access to same. This kind of property reinforces why I prefer Marriott when I travel for business>

What a great hotel. It exceeded all expectations. Its a beautiful property and has an excellent staff. Five Stars!

My mother recommend at this hotel as if she's to stay there a lot during business trip to Washington. Myself and my friend were attending the women's march and hotel passed all of our expectations we would definitely recommend it and stay there again thank you so much for taking care of us.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, comfortable, efficient-great setvice and perfect location-within walking distance to most landmarks, or short/cheap cab ride to anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are smaller than what is shown on their website (double bed room). They try to fit a chair and a floor lamp along side the far bed. There is no way for a person to get out of bed. Even if you move the chair the lamp is still in the way. If you have an atrium room you will hear music from the restaurant/bar in the lobby. The music was over by 10:00 each night. I my self would not stay here again. I would try to get a room at the Marriott Metro Center - been there - GREAT!

Hotel had all services needed and was great. Great restaurants and provided great assistance.

Very courteous service from the hotel staff. Good location in downtown DC

good hotel and the staff is very nice. 20 mins walk to the White House. Starbucks is in the hotel, so it's convenient to have their coffee.

The people and design of the hotel were fantastic. Always a smile on their face, please continue that. Was there for seven days and felt like home. Only recommendation I have is to come up with your own map of the shops/businesses that immediately surround your location. Had no idea of what was in proximity until I stumbled upon some treasures and necessities.

The hotel in general was good, at a good distance from the monuments in DC. Friendly service and nice area to eat and have a drink. Although we would've preferred a separate room for the restaurant-bar instead of right there in the middle of the lobby area, but not bad. Breakfast was really good, with great choices! A bit pricy of course.

Everything was perfect here. Friendly staff exceptionally clean and comfortable. I will stay here next time I'm in DC. Starbucks on site was nice. The dignitary was a nice bar as well. Overall loved it there.

A hotel of this size, and with the price tag it comes along with, its regrettable that guests should be gouged with internet fees in 2015????

Had a conference at this hotel but went a few days early to see DC, Total of 7 nights. The Hotel is in a great location and is walking distance to the National Mall (about 30-40min). You can also ride the Metro around the corner, I rode it to the Capitol Building but found that to be a waste of money since I walked everywhere after that ride. The Hotel is modern and beautiful with 3 bars and a Starbucks to choose from. The food at the hotel is ok, I would recommend walking to a nearby restaurant for better quality food. My room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from Marriott.

The hotel is very nice, and is in an excellent location for sight seeing. The particular room I had was overlooking a boarded up building, and the cellular service was very poor in that room (neither of which the hotel can really do much about). Otherwise, it's a very nice experience!

Good location. Room was a bit hot but we could walk to lical attractions without taxi.

very nice, comfortable hotel, I will be staying in this hotel again when I return to DC in December. The only problem I have experience with staying was the Internet service was horrible!

I had a great time in the city. Location was fantastic, very close to mall and many of the sights and easy access to metro, restaurants and they have great bars on site. My reservation was unable to be found upon my arrival due to the booking company not completing the reservation according to the hotel staff; however they were able to find my request and get me into the room without delay and no added costs which I was very thankful for.
