Unorganized for the new year. Longest line. Then a staff member passed out paper thinking there was a self parking garage onoy to fibd out that was not for thus hotel. Claimed Valet waa closed. Then ended up driving aroubd for1 hour to finally find a parking garage. Then yall didnt have my king size room i requested after all of that. Very angry. Worst expierence for an out of town person.

Located near many attractions and restaurants. Clean. Courteous staff.

Very convenient to convention center. Friendly staff and nice, clean facilities.

I won’t stay here again. The bed was comfortable but not impressed with the rest. Our room was cleaned daily but I had to ask every day for a new liner for the ice bucket and clean glasses. Some trash not taken out. Room service needs help. I had a steak that was supposed to be medium but was well done. Called the front desk and politely told them my steak was over cooked and asked to be connected to room service. The lady was not nice.and I had to argue with the cook. He told me he had cooked it correctly and maybe it had continued to cook all the way to well done on the way to my room! Then they sent someone to look at it! I had to repeat lay tell them I had ordered medium. When they would finally check they saw that I had. The next steak was well done again. The next time ( third steak) the chef must have cooked it herself because she brought it and it was great. Needless to say my husband had finished his meal long ago. The delivery person was very kind as was the chef. They did take all the room service off our bill. We had eaten room service once before. I loved having a fridge. It worked great. I couldn’t find the hair dryer. It was an old one in the closet. Along with someone else’s clothes! And lastly they doubled charged our eight day stay! So we had to work through that!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The Vallet staff was outstanding! They needed more people behind the desk for check in - especially since many guests were arriving for a show at Capital One Arena. They also needed more people at the front desk between 9-11 p.m. People stood in line waiting for over 25 minutes. Some were checking on and others stood in line to ask a question since the Concerige had left.

Amazing property! Very beautiful entrance and lobby area compliment the pristine rooms and modern design.

Great shower! It was roomy and had strong pressure and there were tons of towels even I didn't need them. The beds were comfy and with pillows of different densities and rather than an icky bedspread, they had a duvet cover which can easily get washed after each guest.

It was clean and I was tired having been in the airport for 8 hours. The food left something to be desired.

Food service and cleaning staff were excellent. Front decor is ghastly, however.

Several electrical outlets did not work. Clean glasses were never exchanged for those we used.

The location was perfect. Close to everything and the facilities are outstanding

I miss Arroz. But I hope another fabulous eating place enters that space.

There are a lot of noise in the room. I don't know whether it's from the air conditioning.
