Good hotel, overall good value. Very big room for a reasonable price. Staff who served breakfast were very professional and courteous. 10 out of 10 for them. We loved the pool, but were annoyed that it was often used for swimming lessons. Still, it was great that it was open early so that my kids and I could swim before breakfast. That was a big highlight of our stay.

Don't waste your time or money.

Highly disappointed. The hotel charged me several hundred dollars for no reason and has not refunded it. I have contacted them half a dozen times, and no one can give me a consistent answer about why this happened in the first place. They lied to me twice about refunding it and I had to confirm with my bank that they, in fact, did not. Incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. To top it off, the fire alarm in our room didn't work, and we only found this out when everyone else had heard it in their rooms. Unsafe and unprofessional, yet again. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Location was good, price was decent. Access to Metro was great! Disliked the pull-out couch, super uncomfortable. Pool is small and there are swimming lessons every day so pool gets crowded. Overall a good stay.

We were lied to, our room wasn't available and we got charged a night and a no show fee. We booked theougj Expedia and prepaid and since we were busy all day, we weren't able to check in until after 9 pm and the website said check in was AFTER 3 pm and ended at 11 am. When went to check in at the hotel, we were informed that our room was not available due to a leak in the pipe in the room above our room and that we needed to find a new hotel due to the hotel not having any rooms available. The guy at the front desk told us we needed to contact Expedia regarding a refund. Ok, fast forward to when we contacted.Expedia, who was great BTW. We were informed we would not be refunded because we had been marked as a "no show" because we didn't check in at 3 pm. When we escalated the issue to corporate but Hilton said their policy was to do what the general manager wishes and the GM at this hotel was digging in his/her heels with the story of us being a no show and didn't acknowledge there was a leak. I even called the hotel and spoke with the desk agent we spoke to when we checked in again and he said he had called Expedia to inform them of the issue with the pipes but the general manager has stuck with the "no show" lie to avoid refunding our money for one night AND tacked on a ridiculous no show fee. We stay at hotels all the time for sports trips and often don't check in late because of game schedules but have NEVER been told we were no shows.

It was a mess.

We went the weekend of the big Microsoft crash. Understandable that everything wasnt smooth. We stayed two nights. We didnt have keys for our rooms until the morning we were leaving. They were way behind on laundry so no towels for the pool were available. We had a hard time even reaching anyone. We had one great staff member helping and one that was terrible. She was so nasty to everyone she came into contact with. We paid for parking. Their systems were down so it wasnt showing we paid. So we went to the desk to get it figured out. The lady was ridiculously rude even after we showed we had paid. It wasnt our fault the system was down and we had been super understanding. The whole stay was a mess as a whole.Not their fault entirely. But that particular lady ruined the chances of us giving it another shot. We travel to that area a lot which is a big disappointed.

Worst hotel ever, the worst customer service.

This was by far the worst time I’ve ever had at a hotel. I don’t usually give reviews but my experience was so bad at this hotel that I had to take time out of my day to let everyone know don’t waste your time booking with them. Me and my family arrived at the hotel around 2am. Upon arrival there was no one in the main lobby. The elevators were dirty and not kept up with and it had a weird smell. We arrived at the front desk and there was no one @ the front desk to assist us. I tried calling the hotel to see if someone, anyone would answer. I Hurd the front desk phone ring and I answered the phone since there was no one watching the front desk and I hear my voice on the other side of the phone. Which meant that no one was going to help me with my reservation. After 10mins of waiting for someone to come back to the front desk, someone finally shows up. they then inform us that they were over booked and that that there are no longer any rooms available for me and my family. They did eventually sent us to a better and nicer hotel for the night free of charge. Now I would have ended my review if that’s how they left the story but no. I go to the other hotel witch happens to be way better nicer and cleaner. So I decided to book with the other hotel instead. I attempt to the other hotel multiple time that day no answer then when I finally got to someone to let them know we won’t be coming back they hung up on me every time they had me on hold. I never got a chance to cancel-my-book

Rooms were spacious and it was very quiet at night. The pool area was disgusting, navigating parking was complicated, and the hotel was fully out of hand soap. We asked the front desk for some and they said "I don't know what happened, but we don't have any"
