The hotel was ok. Nothing extraordinary or particularly stand out. Two biggest negatives were the daily parking rate ($38/night) and the lack of daily housekeeping. You could request housekeeping but the would not come unless requested. Also, the toilet paper was the lowest quality you could imagine.

I realize with the pandemic there possibly could be staffing issues, however, I wanted to share my honest feedback about my stay this past week at the Westin. First off, all employees I met were extremely genuine and kind. From checking-in, to the bar staff, to checking-out, I have no complaints about the staff. My issues mainly lie with the cleanliness of the 10th floor and my room itself. When I arrived to the hotel to check-in I was told they didn't have any king rooms available, so I just took a double which isn't a huge deal. When I walked into the room the first thing I noticed was all the stains on the carpet. It seemed to get worse as I walked further into the room. My shoes were actually sticking at some parts due to unknown "gunk" on the floor. I actually tried to clean it up but couldn't and just realized I had to step accordingly. The other issue was the dust. I had set my phone to charge overnight, and the next day the screen was covered with a layer of dust. I had assumed with COVID-19 there would be better filteration in the hotel but this was not the case. Lastly the A/C seemed to not work well at all. When I arrived it was extremely cold, I moved the temperature up just by the next degree and it then became extremely warm with no way to get it back to the previous setting. The toilet seemed to constantly run which made sleeping at times a bit difficult. This was my first stay at the Westin and again I wasn't extremely happy with the cleanliness.

It was a wonderful stay. There were enough towels for two nights stay. I love coffee in a room but I wish to inform to request second day of coffee at the checkin counter when I checked in. I travel often so I did not hesitate to ask so there was no problem after all. Just in case in japan hotel room will be cleaned and refill towels coffee etc without asking. I am glad to see a small store next to checkin counter. I bought water and wine. I wish to see a light breakfast items ex. Croissant (not sweet one). The location was great. It was a little far from the airport but there were variety of restaurants I could use near the hotel. Thank you for your kind service. I had a great time especially during covid.

The location was great and the room was nice. The view from our room was pretty bad (top of a roof). The restaurant was closed. Also, the pool was closed on the one day we were there. We chose the hotel specifically for the pool, which was disappointing.
