Booked two rooms. Both rooms were supposed to have 2 queen beds in each. Ended up with 1 king, 1 queen with a Sofa. One of our bath towels was stained and smelled funky. So, we shared the 1 decent towel. Also, only had 1 hand towel, no wash cloths. Bed only had 2 small pillows. I went to front desk to ask for more. They offered me 2. So that was nice. Doors were very hard to close and had to be slammed shut. Floors were clean. Bed and linens were fine. One of the TV’s didn’t work. Bathroom door would not stay closed. The free breakfast was very basic. Toast, yogurt, fruit cups, juices, cereal, oatmeal packets, and coffee. For the price we paid, it was a great deal for the area. Just need better basics like towels, more pillows, and adjusted door locks. Front desk was great and fast.

There was construction going on and no mention on the website. The floor of the room was filthy. There were 2 dumpsters in the parking lot and in 3 nights we saw 3 rats running across the parking lot. This was not a good experience at all. Construction started early with incredible loud booms as the workers were throwing material from the third floor into the dumpsters. Communication was limited to one lady that could speak english.

When we arrived our first room had roaches. Got another room and the second day we started seeing roaches. The sink wast dripping and could not shut off. The only reason I know they never swept & mopped is because the roach I killed the day before was still there. Do not recommend!

I don't want to be unfair as the property was undergoing renovations. But the lift was not working all 4 days we stayed which was a major problem as we were put on the 3rd floor. The floors were not clean and the plumbing in the vanity leaked, Just generally run down. Staff were friendly enough but disappointing as this is the longest stay in our 3 weeks in the USA.

I booked a room with a king size bed, and the kitchenette and that is what I paid for when I got there. The person at the front desk said that I cannot have that room. It’s not allowed to be booked through Expedia. I believe I should get a refund. We took a different room and it was OK but no the coffee maker the water pressure in the bathtub was horrible. No plug for the bathtub to fall back to small beds. Also, there are garbage cans with lids outside the doors of the rooms with the rats that’s running around if those garbage cans are full they’re gonna look for garbage that was very unsanitary And the plugs in the room don’t work. It just wasn’t a great experience. I have a picture of a rat. I had more than one encounter with one outside our room.

This hotel is not worse the money they are asking!

This was the worst place that I’ve ever have stayed in. It was dirty. A lotta things broken very smoky smelling room with broken furniture, very rusty on the inside of the microwave. The furniture was in very very poor condition. I would never put anything clothing in it. The curtains, dry rot chairs filthy I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures that they have online does not look anything like their own. It needs to be totally rehab
