This was a great place to stay - close to the Metro stop at Pentagon City and the mall. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.But best of all was the communication with the host. He answered my questions quickly and kindly. I would book this again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay! The space was very clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The host made everything easy with excellent communication and clear directions. The location is perfect — tons of shops and dining options nearby. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. Would definitely book again!

Location of property was great! Whole Foods right across the street, coffee/breakfast/donut shop right across the street, METRO within three blocks of walking. The unit was clean HOWEVER —- it was super worn looking. The dining room table chairs were really soiled and were very rickety. The area rug was super curled on more than one corner. Only couch to sit on in sitting area. (Had to bring chairs from bedroom into sitting area) Lighting in sitting area were poor also. (Brought lights from bedroom into sitting/tv area) Again: location was GREAT but unit basics could be improved.

Nice apartment in a good location. Matches photo descriptions. Needs some improvements to make it 5 star-the bedrooms do not have blinds that reduce light-there are light filtering blinds so at night super bright with all the street lights outside-we used spare blankets as a makeshift blackout shades. There were not actual instructions in the apartment on the building like where the pool and fitness center was or where to throw garbage. We were told not to talk to the concierge as this was a rental. Would stay again.

Amazing

I arrived to Washington DC after a cancelled flight, the host was so accommodative to ease the check-in procedure. Also the unit was spacious for the three of us and all what we needed was in the unit including air filter, iron board and extra mattress. The unit was clean but we wished that the balcony was more tidy and clean. The host was available even in last moment to help with the door lock.

Nice stay near DC

We stayed at this property in early April while visiting the DC area. Close and convenient to two metro stations and lots of restaurant options, very close in walking distance.We chose the property based on parking being an available add-on, which we paid for in advance. Upon arrival, we followed the instructions to retrieve the parking pass, however, it was not there. Upon proving to them the pass was not there (they requested I send a picture of the parking pass that I did not have?) they told me the prior tenant must have taken it and there was nothing they could do until the next day. They sent a generic link to a public parking app and basically told me to figure it out. After visiting the two closest public lots, which were full, I finally was forced to park a quarter of a mile away in an unfamiliar city and walk back in the dark. Communication was great but they were not able to provide a parking pass until the next day. I was told I would receive a refund for the pre-paid parking for that evening, and it has been almost three weeks since check-in and no refund. This was a huge negative and continues to be a negative since they did not follow up with a refund as they said they would. Pros: location, spacious and we enjoyed the balconyCons: living room furniture was not comfortable, not able to spend much time in front of the only tv - headboard not attached to bed frame - when sitting up in bed it slammed against wall every time. Parking issues.

Great location.

This condo was pretty much as advertised. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a fantastic location. The Metro is nearby, so you can ride into DC every day. Whole Foods, Costco, and many great restaurants and shopping are also nearby.

Never been to Washington DC before

Great location

The property is convenient to the busy museums, just a short Lyft ride away, and was within great walking access to shopping and dining. There was construction happening with the lobby but it did not impede our stay. I would book this unit again.

Nice place for 4 adults and a couole kids.

Nice place. Perfect location for DC visit. Near great coffee shops, Whole Foods, and 5 minute easy walk to Metro. Fly into Regan and take Metro everywhere.
