They were not helpful and I got charged $10 to ride around the parking garbage where there wasn’t any parking. Why the ticket booth didn’t know there weren’t any available parking when it should know what the parking capacity is.

it was quiet and i had a good stay
Good rooms, nice fitness center, and decent breakfast buffet. Elevators take forever most of the time except odd hours. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming except a couple employees if you're lucky enough to be helped by those individuals. The nicest front desk staff member was apparently the "new guy" so he hadn't been corrupted yet, I guess.

When I checked in the staff was gruff and was adamant that since I reserved the room through Orbitz I could not input my IHG rewards number. Also the assigned a room next to the elevator so I had to arrange it. When I asked them for a late checkout they gave me an extra hour. Most hotels give at least two. When I returned to the room prior to the extra hour being up they had already cleaned the room and taken some personal hangers I had in the room.
Not a bad hotel. Room is okay. No fridge. The TV channels are only a few, and constantly get interrupted with a bad signal connection just as an FYI.
I appreciated the high-quality front desk service for handling any issues and communicating food options or other amenities in the area.
Parking garage is a mess. Rude help at the check in desk. Aged property in congested marginal area.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were very small there was a roach in our bathroom.
I recommend the hotel it is clean and the staff are very nice. Close to the metro and many restaurantes
