The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the Balston Metro and free parking for cars is the reason we booked this hotel. When we mentioned the ac in our room was not working properly they immediately upgraded and moved us to a better room. Their service was really prompt .

Excellent location and clean place. Staff on first and second day wasn't the most friendly. However the day time from desk on the day we check out was super nice. The ladies at the breakfast buffet were rude.

There’s no ill intent behind this review, but the room we were given was quite dirty unfortunately. There was dust on surfaces, the tabletops were left uncleaned (there were sticky spots left on the night stand as if something had previously been spilled), and there were notable stains on the linens. We ended up finding a cockroach on one of the pillows, and we ultimately decided to cut our stay short.

The location is great. Pretty central. It’s clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The bed, pillows, and shower were all good. Was it 5-star worthy, not quite, but a solid 4.

We stayed 7days and recommended choosing this hotel. Easy to get to the Ballston metro. If you don't want to walk they will provide shuttle. Lots of eating places close by. It's in a very comfortable and safe area.

The bathroom needs to be updated. There is not enough light, and the curtains should be replaced with modern glass. The floor is always wet after we shower. Not enough light in the bedroom either.

Very convenient location for car commuting to downtown Washington DC. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a wide selection of options and included hot eggs with bacon or sausage depending on the day. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel was ok, staff friendly but the water fountain was out of order with no sign indicating that. While the room was clean there was an unpleasant odor. As I looked around I noticed what appeared to be black mold in the slots of the ac/heating unit. You can see it in the photos I uploaded.
