Great place. Convenient to MTA train station from airport. Staff were all friendly and customer-service focused. Only ‘negative’ is the shower was worn and shower head was past its prime. Would stay here again, though.

The overnight stay in DC at the Hamilton was typically fine for us except the city had worked on a water main nearby supposedly from 10pm to 6am. The front desk informed us that the water would be off and had set out notice pamphlets. There was no water still at 7:30 in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. Definitely an inconvenience. A special shoutout for Kevin at the front desk who was calmly and methodically trying to deal with the guest complaint mayhem by himself.

While the hotel was clean and secure, the staff very pleasant and helpful, I found the room to be a little tired and in need of an update, especially the carpeting. It would be nice if there were more than one ice machine too, though the filtered water dispensers were a nice touch. Just enough of a negative that I wouldn’t give it five stars, however it was an overall good experience and I would not be averse to staying there again.

The room was clean and very comfortable with a view of Washington DC. I am not a breakfast person so I did not partake in this amenity, they do have a restaurant on site that was warm and inviting, I would highly recommend the Butternut Squash Gnocchi. The staff at the Hamilton were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location and reasonable cost with exception of overnight parking. Advertised as $69.00 (already high) but in reality you will pay over $100.00 with fees, taxes, taxes on fees, valet tips, etc. for the “convenience”. Other than parking racket, the Hamilton Hotel was great! Some elevator pranksters, but it was New Years Eve so perhaps to be expected. No noise outside room in hallways or adjoining rooms so that was very welcome and appreciated.
