Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Very clean and organized. Rooms were clean although my only complaint was the bed sheets were rough and the fitted sheet definitely did not fit the bed properly.

We came to DC to take my son to his first basketball game. I initially chose this hotel due to convenience to the arenGetting to the Smithsonian museums was convenient due to the proximity of the metro station a short walk away. When our stay was over and we headed home, my son said, "You picked an awesome hotel, Mom. I had so much fun.

Valet service $50 per night, terrible service was provided. The gentleman wasn’t able to look at me while talking. He had a mad face and an attitude when asked questions. It seems like he didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Other then that other staff were nice. Breakfast average. Clean room. Very good location.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were NOT welcoming at all. The hotel was decent. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but overall it was a 8.3/10.

Checkin was easy. There are several restaurants within walking distance. For it to be downtown our room was sound proof. The staff upon arrival exceeded my expectations. They made me feel like I was home. Great job Hilton!

Just an average hotel

The lady working the front desk was more preoccupied with talking to Holly. She made zero eye and mumbled. Are used to stay at hotels where the reception desk has an actual services receptionist. Parking was expensive but is everywhere.
