No parking And breakfast was horrible, given in small boxes to microwave
The room was very nice. Close to the arena where we attended a n event
Didn’t like that you have to pay $60 to park. Hampton Inn should be ashamed to charge that for staying in their hotel. It should be noted somewhere when you make a reservation.
Location was perfect for tourist activities, and quick, easy access to great restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay!
Security was good, felt safe with the elevator security
It’s a great place to stay. Close to a lot of things. Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel needs some updating. Jacuzzi was nasty but pool was good.
very comforting stay, close to national mall makes it easy to cover tourist attractions.
Nice stay after our concert at the Capital One Arena. 5 minute walk
The hotel was clean, the staff was beyond kind and accommodating. Close walk to all attractions , good food, and metro
Need lot of updates .Room had a fungi smell and everything looks old .TV looks like old piece of junk .Breakfast was horrible
The fountain of water in the pool room had a lot of quantity of mold and in my room I found a unknown false eyelash inside a clean face towel. That was discusting.
Cost of car storage..too high . The refrigerator did not work, otherwise it was very comfortable
Location is perfect, small pool for such a large hotel, was full of people all the time we stayed there, parking 60$ night is outrageous
