Wonderful staff. Though the crew at arrival gate forgot to have aisle seat ready or anyone to wheelchair my disabled mother out as had been planned and requested.
Jay (with the Christmas lights) is a great attendant! Super friendly and served by whiskey just right with two cubes! Hope to see him on the return flight.
Very comfortable on time flight. Arrived early. Very smooth with outstanding service.
This survey needs more granularity, please. The service team members at the gate and on board were wonderful, but at check in were curt and clearly understaffed - which is a management issue. There was something gross and sticky on the seat of my neighbor, and the WiFi (for the price) was terrible. Not the best performance overall. Oh, and the return flight was delayed. Twice.
