I was there with my husband and son for vacation. We checked in later in the evening and the needed bed for my son, the sofa bed, was not made nor was there adequate bedding to make it ourselves. The hotel room phone had no placard to identify how to call the front desk for service. I had to go back down to the front desk and request the bedding in person. The man at the desk was not very accommodating. The elevator closest to our room did not always work which was inconvenient. The hotel restaurant breakfast was exorbitantly priced for average offerings. The only thing good about the hotel was the location and proximity to the metro station. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is close to both the Smithsonian and the metro. You can get anywhere in the city from this location. Rooms are exceptionally clean. My only feedback is they are a little dated... however the location and cleanliness make this a great stay!

Our room did not match the pictures and our WiFi was in and out. Upon check in our front desk person was training someone and neglected to tell us about the WiFi passwords, my phone connected immediately but was later told that I needed to go in and put in our name and password to prevent it from “the no internet service” I got all the time. It made it very difficult to get info about food and stuff in the area.
