My 19 yo daughter and I had a lovely stay. The room was comfy, the staff was friendly, we could walk to the White House and the National Mall. There's a share cycle station right across the roundabout.

The room was small and dark and smelled weird. The pool was super crowded but nice. Good location.

Room was very small, I have never stayed in anything smaller and I travel a lot. The pool was nice and big.

From the check in process to my entire stay- absolutely loved it!

This is a great hotel. Hotel staff are professional and friendly. However, the staff at the restaurant ... totally different story. The restaurant manager should learn something from the hotel manager and hire more professional and friendly staff.

Easily accessible to D.C. Monuments and tourist attractions. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Our room was very comfortable

Overall pleased, but some facilities can be improved easily.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown D.C. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the hotel is clean and well kept. Although a little small, the room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

The hotel is a little dated but the staff is some of the best. Went out of their way to help us with our luggage didn't arrive. can't beat the location and don't really have much negative to say other then it could use a good update

Favorite hotel in DC. Great location and extremely friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Staff is willing to upgrade when possible.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended restaurants and tours.

Convenient. Easy walk to most downtown sites. Excellent srddaa

Excellent location to all areas of Metropolitan Washington

Simple but clean room, extremely friendly staff. Amazing deal considering the price.

The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the metro and was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was less than I expected for a Superior room, it was very small and the bathroom was very tiny. The room was clean, but less than what I expected. I don't think that I would stay there again, for the amount of money I paid the room was very tiny. Also, there were hardly any restaurants in the area.

Good location, walking distance from convention center and attractions

booked a queen room was like sleeping in a closet, bathroom was like something you would find at a old time motel

This use to be a shabby, worn-out conference hotel for years and years before undergoing a Cinderella-like makeover. The lobby, rooms, and restaurant are comfortable enough, but the customer service still needs an upgrade. There's nothing like paying $386 per night and being treated like the time you spend checking in is an inconvenience for the front desk manager. Four-star is as four-star does!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Great stay.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel always very clean.
