The people were very kind and the room was very quiet.

Breakfast is an additional $17 and parking is some $40 in addition to the prepaid nightly rate. I know some of the details start to run together, but some hotels specify parking included and/or free breakfast. This one had parking and breakfast listed as amenities. I selected this hotel over one with a 30% resort fee, only to find that this property had more fees that were not disclosed. It was not a happy surprise after a long drive into DC.

Very professional front desk and cleaning staff but amenities were not competitive with peer hotels in the area.

The location near some really great restaurants was key.

Essentially a standard hotel. Nothing to do backflips over. Number one for me is cleanliness. My one disappointment is no munchies in the room.

Great location, super clean, good deal for DC. In the summer the pool is a great plud

Staff friendly . Room was clean. A bit of a dates facility. Good use some upgrades

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. The front desk staff were very nice and inviting and would greet you anytime you walk past. Customer service at the door were also superb staff members, they opened the door and greeted you going out and coming in. Fantastic stay, and this will be out go to hotel in DC from now on.

Great location and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice location and price. Right around all the popular spots.

The property is located close to all monuments, metro, shopping and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally respectful, professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

A beautiful pool. The restaurant had very good meals. An older property, but well maintained & a nice & friendly staff. Quick & efficient check-in & check-out. A convenient central location.

I thought the location and price were phenomenal. I was lucky enough to visit on the last weekend their pool was available and let me tell you their pool is the best one in the city. They have a great restaurant and bar inside, outdoor terrace seating, outdoor lounge, outdoor bar, tons of room for sunning. The staff were all great as well. Check in easy. Parking is a piece of cake under their building and is cheap compared to every other hotel I've been to.
