Worst flying experience ever!!!!! I would never fly with spirit again!!!! Very mean and in friendly staff. Customer service was actually yelling . No experience customer service . Very hard to u defat and their English. Very slow response and wrong response.very rude and agitated customer service. Spirit list my bag at the Houston airport . When I told them that I have a international flight the same day their response is “it’s not in our control”. I had to spend $700 to get the exactly same stuff that I had in my lost bag. I am so disappointed!!!!!
