What can I say…. No breakfast because of covid? The room is as outdated. No space to park. Shady neighborhood. Only good thing was my bed was made everyday. Stay somewhere else!
This property was filthy and I had to check in talking thru an actual window that I could not hear thru.
Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Felt safe at all times. Enjoyed the complimentary airport shuttle service.
The room smelled fresh when I walked in. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately it was very noisy. You can hear the planes and also other clients.
Deceptive advertising. Pool dirry and hot tub not working, despite calling to verify it was 2 days before. Lady at reception just shrugged. If the hotel can't maintain a small hot tub, its other cost saving methods is a warning sign. I know its a barely 2 star but it should be honest. Orbitz said hot tub
The staff was not terribly helpful and did not go the extra way to help me out. My room was freezing, the heater in my room was not blowing warm air. In person, asked front desk for another blanket, said he would bring to my room shortly, waited 2 hours and he never came. Called front desk to follow up, called 4 times before he actually answered. Went to iron my clothes on the provided ironing board, there was no iron, again front desk did not try to get me another iron when told. There are no solid curtains, only sheer, white curtain which did not block out the STADIUM lighting in the parking lot shining directly into my room at bed time, also did not block out view of parking lot and the cars/headlights parking right outside my window. When I told front desk, they did not seem to care. Restless night, comfy bed, and renovated facilities but missed a few things.
I picked this hotel as it had free shuttle to airport but my flight changed and hotel could not accommodate a new shuttle time.
Excellent value room was really nice. Call for shuttle once you have your bags - takes a little while but not reasonable to expect them to have constant shuttles at this price

Very nice, big, beds are comfortable and clean room. I like the 24hr airport transportation.
Not enough bath towels and front desk clerk all shifts were indifferent, the only friendly person was the housekeeper.
