I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it perfect for resting before and after my flight. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. The location is extremely convenient for travelers using IAH Airport, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well maintained. Everything was organized and exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport hotel.

No, but close. Upgrade to Rm120 was peachy, newly remodeled, countertops, microwave, larger refrigerator, King bed, (pillows were some sort of lumpy fiber, w/ thin sheets, so a bit hot as I could feel), water pressure moderate, but not excellent. SO, IF you are able, bring your own pillow, and MAYBE earplugs, as, of course, being an airport motel, you will likely be in the flyway zone. Desk help-woman was VERY HELPFUL, WITH LOVELY PERSONALITY! : ) Room VERY spacious w L countertop seating, toaster, coffee maker, microwave- all functioned well! With all that room, and 2 tables, one would think 1 other lower, more comfortable chair, for hanging out-assuming 2 people were there- would be nice. (To be fair, there were at least a couple of higher counter chairs at the counter!)

The folks at the Scottish Inn & Suites are customer focused and extremely concerned to make your stay as good as possible. We leave our vehicle parked within their facilities while we are on vacation and never have a problem. (There is a $9/per day rate charge.) Close to the airport and shuttle available. If you are looking for a safe place close to some great eating places - give these guys a try. 👍👍

Hotel was actually ok. Clean. Room was clean. No complaints there. But. The front desk guy. Im assuming is the owner. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Was mad about something. Wanted to check in a little early. He said we still cleaning. Come back in 45min. I was in the parking lot and didn’t see any one cleaning anything. I guess I interpreted his tiktok time. Never again here.
