Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel was not what was advertised. The cleaning lady didn’t even come once to clean or change the sheets in the 4 day stay. The key card stopped working after every use. The gym machines are mostly broken. The pool was freezing cold no heater.
