Don’t rely on the shuttle to get to airport. I was told to be down by 745p to take the 8p shuttle for my flight. At 805p I asked where the shuttle was. I was told to probably just order a Lyft cause that can’t say how long tv shuttle would be. What if I hasn’t asked? I would have just been waiting and possibly missed my flight. The customer service could be better.

I called in the afternoon of the arrival day to confirm my reservation. My plane was delayed, so I arrived late at the airport. When I called to request a shuttle, the hotel did not answer the phone. When I arrived at the hotel, they had given away my room. I slept in the lobby. Not a good stay.

Overall a great experience. The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. And the free coffee at the front desk and in the restaurant is marvelous! (Though I recommend changing the brand of coffee packets in the rooms, it was terrible, undrinkable). The only 'negative' would be that there appears to be some more aesthetic maintenance needed. It's an older facility, and this is to be expected. But the experience would be even nicer if the rest of the peeled paint and such was cleaned up.
