Smelly room, unfriendly staff, bus driver for the shuttle very unfriendly and did not even drop me at the proper place. .

Communicated with them on four separate occasions regarding transportation from Bush IAH airport Houston to hotel as arrived on late flight. Was given 4 separate options none of which were available when I arrived. Stranded at airport 2 hours until ONE staff member used personal resources to help. She and hotel great. All else awful. Worst customer service ever!

Enjoyed the pool and free shuttle from the airport. Unfortunately we killed about 4 roaches in the bathroom. Never in my life did I go to a hotel and have to do that. I was glad it was a short stay.

Friendly staff and good service. Despite COVID, there were still some snacks and drinks.

I didn’t like how they assigned me to room that was already assigned to another couple and I basically walked in on them in bed. I was flabbergasted about the incident anything could’ve happened on both ends.

Lobby was ver nice and clean. The first room I was given had a one in crack between the window and the wall from floor to ceiling. This room was on the ground floor and anything could have crawled in through that huge crack! At first I thought it was a sliding glass door, but realized the window just wasn’t attached to the wall. I did take a picture of the crack.

When I first arrived to my room located in the back of the hotel I noticed my room had a funky smell. I felt deceived by the photos. Room was terrible

Nice rooms reasonable and offers shuttle and parking.
