The ladies who worked the breakfast area and Mary who worked the front counter were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Probably one of my worst hotel experiences ever. The rooms feel dirty, there was no mattress protector on the mattress (just the thin sheet), there was a big red stain in the bath tub, cracks in the walls everywhere, phone line wasn’t working for me to contact the front desk, and the list goes on. Spend your money elsewhere and get something better. Don’t waste it here

Check in went fine but the younger girl at the front desk wasnt super friendly/helpful, didnt tell us where to go to get to elevator to the room until we started looking around trying to figure out where to go. Just not smiley or when we said thank you, no you’re welcome etc My husband had called the night before to schedule a shuttle pick up and had asked what terminal/ area they pick us up at airport so they know where to find us and we know where to be, person on phone said they did not know and that was it Carpet was dirty but bed looked clean. Smelled musty in room like possibly moldy, super sensitive to mold so my allergies flared up. Pool was cold as doors were left open in pool room and it was below 60 degrees outside. The shuttle staff- patrick, the sweet blonde in training and the woman training her who does managerial duties despite not being a manager were wonderful- so sweet and helpful!! The nice thing is shuttle to airport starting at 7am, a good breakfast. Coffee and hot chocolate all day in lobby and they can shuttle you to restaurants within a 5 mile radius which was a life saver! When we called front desk last night to be picked up by shuttle we called 10 times During the night there was a ton of noise beneath our room-under our room was a meeting room and kitchen. We were woken up multiple times. Hotel has great potential with sweet shuttle staff and the almost manager lady, but could use some work in notes mentioned above.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. The breakfast wasn’t fantastic, and they only had one waffle machine that people made about 8 or more waffles on before letting someone else have a turn. Our room was clean, but the tub faucet leaked and there was discoloring on the ceiling that could have been mold. The hot tub was down, and so were some of the card readers. The ice machine on our floor also did not work. The staff really made our stay pleasant, though. They were the highlight of the entire stay.

During this Covid Epidemics the Hotel accommodation was excellent.

Staff very kind and helpful. Room is old but clean. Loved the spaciousness and functionality of the room. Disappointed couldn’t use the pool this stay due to significant maintenance issues but that hasn’t been an issue on previous stays and is temporary.

Our room was not cleaned on the second night of stay. Staf simply gave us sheets and towels and said house cleaning has left for the day! Public restroom in hallways didnt have tissue paper, floor was dirty and bathroom stinky! Cleaning ‘supervisor’ was extremely rude and said we have to prioritize airport room first! Checkin again rude staff! Will never stay here again!

Location is perfect for shopping, services, and restaurants. Amenities matched my needs/preferences. Room was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with a wonderful friendly attitude.

Overall good experience. Breakfast was basic, TV service not as great but functional. Great internet service

Everything was great at this hotel. I wonder can the centennial breakfast be extended too include various fruits. This up start is great

Completely average hotel. Right on the expressway with really noisy traffic all night. It's advertised as near the airport but it's not really. Location was far from where I expected to be.
