Contacted hotel for red eye flight recommendation for all rooms. Hotel staff recommended book night prior and indicate on reservation… Got to hotel from red eye flight and hotel staff indicated system checked us out. Hotel blamed Expedia for rot being “aware” of the reservation note. Hotel blamed Expedia despite hotel submitting check in reservation notes etc. Hotel staff appeared overwhelmed with this situation and customer service was strained. The rooms needed much dusting. There was a gnat (incest) problem towards the end of our stay and limited lighting in rooms. Moreover, limited toiletries. Smh...

Staff was completely nice. Had next door get loud but staff quickly solved that issue. The valet guys were extremely nice and helped with things.
