My reservation was cancelled without prior notice. I was in the air when they emailed me and then of course when I landed I seen it and contacted them right away because the email said to contact with 24hrs and it had been 3 hrs from the email. When I called they stated they cancelled my reservation because they couldn't contact me. Never will I ever book a reservation there again.

Low price for a hotel less than a mile from Union Station, and just over a mile to the Capitol. Good neighborhood. Some fast-food dining nearby. Full grocery store on same block. Chain drug store across the street. Good value.

The location is more than a mile from the Capitol. I'm comfortable walking, but not everyone with business on Capitol Hill will be eater to stay here. For me, a pure value play. Bonus: good-size grocery store right next door for travelers who want to buy a few yogurts, juice bottle, and snacks. Surrounding dining options are quick service: sandwich shop, pizzeria, and a Mediterranean restaurant.

Great Property, but over charged

Great location, close to metro and several restaurants. Staff upon checking in was not overly helpful, and somehow charged me for 2 rooms when i only had one. Currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. I tried to address this while still on property, but was unsuccessful.

Bathroom smelled like poop the whole time, we had this old nasty couch that has dark stains on it. Bunch of scratches on the head board.

Nice room

The room was lovely, I should have requested a shower chair. The one problem was the restaurant was out of steak and crab dip. I did save a child from drowning in the pool also.
