We really enjoyed this hotel and they were very responsive to messages through the app. The front desk was incredibly patient with us because we spoke very little Spanish. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The property was also very clean and everyone was really nice to us. Highly recommend!

The staff were not very friendly. The shuttle bus driver was extremely rude to a family on our way to the airport. She was yelling at them and not listening.

Staff weren’t very welcoming and not helpful. We had a lot of luggage and car seats, they didn’t have a trolley and no one offered to help. Tried to make me move the car to the parking deck and unload everything from there which was borderline ridiculous. Probably wouldn’t stay there again
