Good shuttle but very crowded. Can’t reserve the shuttle so need to show up early or plan to take a taxi. Area around hotel quite industrial, hotel very sterile looking, lacking character, almost soulless. Extremely large with rooms quite a distance from front entrance. Good for conventions but lacking for personal travel enjoyment. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable as always with Marriott hotels.

Air conditioning in my room didn’t work and was terribly hot. I informed the hotel upon checkout and they said they would contact maintenance but didn’t offer any consideration. Unlike Marriott that usually takes care of customers.

I was traveling alone so I purposely selected a brand I could trust. They gave another guest a key to my room!!! As I was relaxing, the door opened. Thank goodness for the latch. I opened the door to find another guest standing at my door with a key labeled for the same room. I highlighted this to the staff when I checked out. They emailed me later and stated that it did not happen. I must have been mistaken. What a disappointment for a Marriott conference center!
